Lovely cards, your colour choices and designs are always exquisite. I think we've all experienced making a card where something was a bit off but we may not have been able to identify what it is. The great thing is, everyone's taste is different, and though you may not like it, there are many others who will find it beautiful. Sometimes we're just a little too hard on ourselves.

Zsoka, I can so understand your concerns and doubts along the way, they certainly resonate with me, as it's how I create too. You gave me some new and great ideas for other ways to use these dies that I hadn't considered, and I appreciate it. I think that most artists struggle with their artwork, and I do think that our art is better as a result. @@jonimorrill2441 It’s funny how our kids inspire us to be crafty! I wasn’t crafting from the time my son was born till he was 4, but then I did his bday party and I loved all the coordinating things and started baking/cookie decorating. I stopped when I had my back surgery because I was only able to stand for a short period of time and baked goods had to be fresh! That’s when I turned to paper crafting. That was 6 and a half years ago, this is the longest I’ve stuck to one craft!

You did a great job using these dies! The white/cream flowers over the colored paper is very striking! On the card with the angled cuts, you had first placed the sentiment on an angle and I thought that looked really cool. TYFS! New subbie here Michigan USA ❤️🦋💜

I think after you added the white flowers to the bonus card, it made the card a lot nicer and put it together. With the envelope, maybe just use only one of the score lines and the envelope won‘t be 3 dimensional.

Thank you! For this card you need the dimensional envelope though, it’s like 8-9 layers of heavy weight card stock 🥰 That said, I did NOT think of that option and it’s useful for future cards, thank you! 😘

Oh no, I LOVE slimline cards haha! You don’t like the mini slimline size either? I find it so cute and much more manageable than the standard size. Having said that, I’m a scrapbooker so I am used to covering larger areas. But I think everything looks cuter in a mini size! In any case, I’m glad I could show you ways to use your dies on an A2 size 🥰

I think it’s not the design you don’t like it’s the color combination. Perhaps the last three don’t work as well together and therefore not as well with the others in blues and purples? I think for mr it’s the pink for me. Loved the look of it. I’m excited about an envelope too and am looking forward to seeing how to make it less dimensional.

I was going for a rainbow but yeah sth doesn’t work there. I didn’t think I can mess up a rainbow but there you go 😂 Two lovely commenters suggested two ways for making the envelope less dimensional, one was to only score one of the lines, the other suggested to just glue the parts to the inside line - I’m not explaining it well but it’s somewhere here in the comment section, it made total sense.

Another hit! In American terms you hit a home run out of the park again. Lovely color choices. I’m curious about the mermaid tails with embossing powder. I tried to pause it to look at what you’ve done and why but couldn’t get a clear enough view. I laughed when you said you were going to do a bonus card because you were feeling guilty about only using one die! I don’t know you but I’ve watched enough of your videos to say - that sounds just like you. Btw - I hate spiders too! But to hear about how big spiders are elsewhere in the world is frightening.

I’m happy to explain what I did if you clarify what you mean 😊 Yeah I mean people probably wanna see the kit in action so it didn’t feel right to use just one small die haha! Oh and the spider…as I said, only big in European terms, which means super small compared to Aussie and American spiders I’m sure. I’m just not used to them so they freak me out! It was maybe an inch but with a bigger body than what I’m used to seeing, especially inside my apartment…

@@ZsokaMarko - mermaid tails looked like a bunch of things like mermaid tails on a steel ring that had samples of embossing powder colors? I couldn’t tell if you had them on all white card stock or different paper colors to pick your colors for the embossing colors on flower. That probably doesn’t make sense but that’s what I was trying to figure out

@@lisamichael9118 ooooh gotcha! Those are all WOW Embossing Powder swatches and I just used them to match the powders to the cardstock. These are all on white cardstock except for a few that are on both white and black because they are specialty powders that look entirely different on black cardstock. Hope this helps 🥰
