Hello Luis, Thank you for all your comments and support! Its really much appreciated. KZbin has just given me the biggest list of comments to reply too as i didn't know about any of these. I have checked out mobiflights offsets and i thanked Sebastian from MF. I also passed on everyone elses comments of thanks too. They are going to make it so much simpler for fellow simmers to work with.

Lucky man that you have these cutouts to fit the windows in perfectly. I will have to go for a more dirty solution. But these wires - I remember the episode where you showed how youuse different wire colors for the cables and now there is a bunch of cables from which you don't know what they do? :-)
@helimech81525 жыл бұрын
Good Morning from sunny Brunei! You are completely right that i used different coloured wires to represent a specific component. However, as you can see the two bundles shown in the video, the white wire looms from the left and right break out boards which should go to the ardunio network in the glareshield Assy. These are not labelled or identified. I didn't keep the notes i made because i didn't think id be taking it all apart again. Hence overtime, i have forgotten where they should go or what they are. But it will be just a case of buzzing the lines through.

why didnt you use plexes or perspex?
@helimech81523 жыл бұрын
HI Oliver, Perspex turns yellow and warps out here in the sun. Also after version one of the sim, you actually need to clean the windows often due to the amount of dust that lands on them. Perspex would quickly scratch. But I appreciate, if that's what you have, go for it and its a lot safer! Glass out here, was really cheap, and they cut it free for me.

Slight boing , i see what you did there, Don't know how i found this channel having no interest in flight sim but facinating stuff so i've subbed.

Hi Mick, I too find myself lost in KZbin suggestions that intrigue me all the time. Great to have you along. Kind Regards Karl.

Lovely work again Karl. Made me laugh that you didn’t know what that bundle of wires was! No hope for me when I get there if you don’t know lol. Looking forward to that MCP build. Sim is looking awesome keep it up
@helimech81525 жыл бұрын
Thank you Craig, Those wires are going to cause me an issue that will take time to resolve. Nothing major. I'm working on making two videos right now, both MCP orientated. A simple electrical connection and programme one to help people get started, and then i will produce my all singing and dancing final MCP build one.

What size screens did you use for all the displays?
@helimech81524 жыл бұрын
Hi as a general rule of thumb: f/o & Cpt screens are 18.5" 16:9 ratio. However, if you to incorporate the chronometers, this can go up to 22" monitors. Centre Eicas in mine is a 14 " 4:3 ratio but a 15" will fit. The lower Eicas if you follow my build plans will fit an ideal 10" monitor upto 12" monitor without modification. I hope that helps, all the info is on the website www.737diysim.com/downloads/mip
