Great to finally see the PMDG 777, so excited! To answer your question, Everett operates as a regional passenger airport as well. Alaska and Horizon operates regular flights to other US destinations like Los Angeles on their E175's and 737's . I was intrigued too when I discovered it on flightradar24.

The reason you had to click parking brake set at the end was because you didn't apply any brake pressure when setting the parking brake on with the realistic setting. Lovely video. Wish my PC could handle MSFS

Looks really wonderful! In the P3D days, flying the PMDG 777 feels like a dead rock, even a minor turn would let the plane‘s altitude drop tremendously fast. Looks like they fixed it on MSFS.

Great summary video thanks for the effort. Hopefully Pmdg have added the numerous failures missing from the P3D version present in the real aircraft. The P3D version makes a decent training tool for sim prep hopefully this version can deal with the flight modelling issues in msfs to give us a tool useful for engine failure training etc to match the P3D handling. Some nice option addons which where long overdue 5 years ago seem to have made there was into this version thankfully. Great to see Pmdg bringing a much better comms system to the new 777 weather requests, cpdlc etc. Looks like a nice step forward from the P3D version! Thanks for the video!

Simply an amazing aircraft! Can't wait to fly this beauty on the long haul flights. For me, KLM most of all :D, I work as Ramp Agent at KLM and I really like the turnaround function on the UFT, with all the parties included. Very excited to work with this myself in the simulator. Wow. 10 hours isn't much for a plane like this.....but with that light load, I was surprised by the V-speeds and optimum altitude. P.S. How did you time that music so perfectly? Was that luck? Beautiful song. Automatic time accelleration and step climbs existed in the P3D version, which is why this is an easy purchase for me.

I think this will be nice if they redesign the interior, maybe some outside texuters (like fenix simulations airbus a320ceo update V2B2), but still, the plane is amazing, can't wait to fly b777 (this is great company with great planes)❤❤❤

Cant wait to fly it, And the time acceleration thing, i find it kinda funny, cuz i would be the type to literally sit down, have a buddy with me and do a 17 hour long haul, I do the take off, sit there for like 6 Hours, my buddy takes over while i do something else and sleeps for like 6-8 hours, then come back for TOD approach brief and landing 🤣, Only annoying thing is that im up north with my mom now so i want have access to my sim stuff when it releases lol, but oh well i can wait i think

PMDG really impressed me with their 777!! It far exceeded my expectations!! However, don't get me wrong but the sound quality is terrible. I just can't recognise the GE90. This is unfortunate because sound plays a crucial role in immersion, and this aspect falls short for me

That's what I've been thinking as well. Also, everytime I fly the 777 I notice that you can't hear engine sounds during cruise or even climb (aside from the rumble) if you're behind the wing which also ruins the immersion for me a bit

Very nice video Emanuel !! 😊 Don’t know if it can be simulated with gsx or better pushback but in real life the aircraft is towed with the engines shut down until the end of the Boeing ramp. After that (approx where you are at 54:06) pilots are authorized to start up the engines. Love your videos, please continue

I think it might be possible with better pushback, or if you create such a path in GSX. But it would take ages to get there at the slow speeds those addons use.

MSFS SDK is limited when it comes to taxi cam, as for the tablet cause its the modern standard (thats wat PMDG says)

One point physics wise. So it will be like landing a single wheel airliner, but they have worked some magic on the animation to make it look like its multiple points but its really not.

Boeing does their absolute best to remove that effect from the real displays. When i compare the Airbus to the Boeing, the effect barely exists in there. Not sure about the MD80.

Another trick... if you want to reduce the amount of time to check the coordinates, just "Press and Hold" the LSK of that coordinate, and the same information will appear in the box. Just delete the information after that.

There seems to be a problem with random Pitch Down in the final approach. I also looks like your nose is dropping at 2:03:40. Can you test this? If you enable the FBW Reference in the PFD, the pitch down comes and the speed increases

Just one observation. Why do you place the overhead compartment on an angle. I’m a new flight simmer and it’s difficult to see what you are doing especially when you do not zoom in on the switches hope you would consider navigating the overhead panel on your next video

Hi! You said in this video that in some airlines pilots use the synoptic display to check the flight controls and in other airlines they don't, and i wanted to ask, if you don't use that display how do you actually know that the flight controls are moving when you move the yoke. And i also wonder how do pilots check the flight controls in other airplanes that do not have a synoptic display at all, such as the 737 variants who are not equipped with such a display.

If the control surfaces don't move, the yoke will not move. It's FlyByWire, but the computers will ensure that there's a direct relationship on the ground.
