I did 75 hard 2 years ago and I’m vegan. It’s hard asf in the beginning. But, you come out on the other side so much better. It impacted all areas of my life primarily love life and career. Good luck, stay focused on the your goal, and hold yourself accountable. You got this!!

What were you able to eat? I find his "no cheat meals" way confusing. He said one bite of fast food or one chocolate chip and you have to start over. Fair enough, but what else falls into that category for him? Mock meats/cheeses? Sugar free sweets made from scratch? Salad dressings? Sauces? Those protein cookies in the pharmacy section of grocery stores?

I really like this video! Great job! I have been following you on Instagram for a long time now so to see you expand to KZbin is so awesome. But girl your skin....OMG! Looks flawless. Have your skin always looked like that or do you use skin products that you think help? Or do you think it's your vegan diet that gives you that clear, glowy skin?

Hi!!! Thank you for following me from IG to here - I really appreciate it so much!! As far as skin, I've always suffered from really really really dry skin ( would even flake when I was younger) but I never battled with acne other than a pimple every blue moon. For me drinking a ton of water and lighly exfoliating everyday and using a good moisturizer/ spf works for me! Hope this helps.

Been thinking about trying this myself! Thank u for posting. I make so many excuses for myself as well not only in fitness but in homework/school. Loved this video and looking forward to the next!!

The no cheat meals is what gets me. He said if we have a single chocolate chip we have to start over. What else would he put in the category of a chocolate chip? That protein granola, I wonder if he'd approve? Store bought mock meats and cheeses? Protein cookies/bars? Sauces? Dressings? I've asked so many people about this and I've gotten zero answers. I just feel more and more confused and like I'll never be able to complete this challenge

I’m so glad that you know about Andy and his REAL intention for the program. The chocolate chip thing got me too 😂 but protein bars have chocolate chips 💁🏻‍♀️ I think the bottom line is no junk food. I think mock meats are fine in moderation and homemade sauces shouldn’t be a problem at all. I’m pretty sure Andy is pretty Keto driven in his diet, so that’s all bad. I would say no to the vegan cheeses unless you make them yourself. I’ve been listening to Andy for years and have tried the program a couple times and failed ☹️ but I think I ready now and I have all the same concerns as you. I’m gonna try mostly whole plant based foods so whatever I can make out of those foods is fair game to me. He didn’t say no cocoa powder 😂 did you ever start the program?

@@nicolelindauer7631 I have not. I don't know if I can do the gallon of water a day. Every time I try and succeed the end result is heart palpitations, shaky limbs, nausea and so on. I'm 120 on a bad day of binging. I'm wondering if it's even safe at my size

@@singer2be256 it is a lot of water 🤮 thankfully my daughter is gonna do the program with me. She weighs 110 on a good day and her goal is to gain weight. She been protein packing for a couple weeks now. However, she is not vegan 😒

I'm vegan and did 75 from Jan 18 through Apr 2nd I think was the last day. I didn't really find it too hard. Mostly fun.
