Hey ER nurse here and new dad to my baby boy! I just stumbled across your video because I’m kinda in the same runt/situation as you were stating in the beginning of the video! I’m a former Infantry Marine with 3/5 so I know the feeling of “can’t perform like I used to”. Some obstacles I face is obviously the damn x3 12 Hr shifts and feeling absolutely exhausted after a long day. I had a fitness platform on IG when I was in my prime on fitness but then fell of the wagon hardcore..became a dad and got chubby. But now I’m back on the grind to try to better my health/fitness and most importantly mental health. Thanks for having a lot of similarities to help motivate me

A little late to the party as I just found out about 75 hard program yesterday and decided I'm going to start it so I've completed Day 1 (Nov. 17/24). I'd previously lost 50 lbs but plateaued now. Losing mental toughness right now has been difficult bc I'm slipping back into my old habits so I was looking for something to help keep me going bc I have another 40 lbs to lose. This program is similar to what I'd devised and it will fit nicely into my lifestyle. I'll complete this program as a present to myself bc there's never a day to be wasted. Good luck to all those on their journey!
