U will find many fast food places do a - Chicken Tikka Roll ---- Which consists of the Naan bread wrapped around the Chicken Tikka ...mixed salad and a spicy yogurt sauce ...when freshly made ..using Tandoori Chicken Tikka and Tandoori naan ...these rolls ....are something special ....and very healthy to :)

Rahul seems to be little reluctant to explain things better to you or correct you. That green dish “palak”, the main ingredient is spinach. The ras-gulla means juice(ras) ball/dumpling (gulla) and it does not contain oil. It’s sugar syrup with some added flavors (vary from place to place) such as rose water. The dumpling is made from cheese.
