Nice! Redline might actually be a little low, I think IRL drag combinations in this HP level typically rev out to 9k. I hope Kilrob's team eventually gets into head-clamping strength and other reliability factors. I love this new Alpha engine designer!

I think the only two things I don't like about the new update is you don't know how much octaine the engine is using because they removed it in the graph. Also you can't adjust the ignition timing anymore because they removed that option too. Also great video though.

@@augh3545 ok so this is how; (with a couple of quick tweaks to gain a bit) 86mm x 86mm Billet crank, Titanium rods, forged pistons (not lightweight) balance shafts at +13.7kg, quality +15 11.0:1 CR, 67 cam profile, springs and lifters 100, VVT on both, VVL set at 100 and 3500rpm. 9900 rev limit, quality +15 Turbo, smart boost, intercooler at 0 (yes, zero) variable geometry, ball bearing. 117mm, 114.8mm, 64AR, 59.47psi boost limit, qual +15 Direct injection, per cyl, race intake, manifold 100, methanol fuel. Octane margin -5.0, fuel map 43, +15 quality. Tubular race header, header size 100, no bypass, 203mm diameter, no cat no silencers, +15. 1951.1hp @9800, 1141.1lbft @7600 It will make slightly more but this is the max I can get without piston and rod warnings flashing at me.
