woohoo Week 5!! you should totally get into tuna, its so good haha and good for protein! ok I SWEAR our kroger pick up forgets to give us some items too! its so weird

I’ve never tried Mio before! Chicken noodle soup always help to feel better but sodium for DAYS!! “It’s like being a peasant” LMAO GIRL!!

I loveee Mio or anything similar to help when I want something aside from water! Feels like you’re drinking juice without the extra calories or sugar!

7 Habits is a good book but beware..it's super dry. My fave is the time management matrix which I found extremely helpful and I use it on the daily!

My friend will eat any seafood, fish etc but hates tuna. I love tuna and salmon but hate all seafood

I also have eho shaving cream too its works really well i love it and i use like 2x a week. And im into self help books myself too do u have any books. That u can remnond for me to read for my 75 challenge also.
