I never knew there was a difference between vitamin A liver and carrots, I was eating a bag of carrots from asda when I was pregnant with Harry, and it said "warning contains vitamin A do not over eat if you are pregnant" omg ! Why would they say that I was so worried xxx

My obgyn told me I can take my allergy medicine. But she'd rather have me use the nose spray first and if that doesn't help she said to take my allergy pills. She also told me to stay on my anxiety medicine. My anxiety medicine is fluoxetine and he said Prozac an fluoxetine are two different medicines. I know it's different for everyone but I'm just saying it depends on what your doctor says.

So she said not to sleep on your right side.....what if thats the only side you can fall asleep on? I'm not Pregnant yet but we are trying and now I'm overwhelmed to the max about how to sleep. Please can someone ease my mind

You can sleep on either side but if u are heavily pregnant it is best to not sleep on ur back. Even tho when I was pregnant with my first I would wake up and find myself flat on my back. Just chill xxx

Chelsi Smith *Technically* you should sleep on your right side (there's a vein that runs down your right side that can compress) but Corrine is correct that you shouldn't worry too much about it. ive slept on both sides it did not effect me getting pregnant. i can say i tried with my ex husband for 2 years and nothing but when i stopped trying with my boyfriend it happened.dont stress about it. just do you and when its ment to happen it will.

It's fine to sleep on either side, his font sleep on your back or stomach. Sleeping on your back reduces or can reduce the blood flow to the baby. While sleeping on your stomach can crush the baby.

Don’t get rid of your cat. 💕 The video is just illustrating ALL the dos and donts pregnant women are inundated with and how they are pretty overwhelmingly when you hear them all at once. (Definitely wear your seat belt and don’t eat polar bear liver 😉)
