OMG I LOVE this lady's infectious spirit!! I'm carnivore 1 yr and battling the mental health issue myself. Off all meds for 4 months now after tapering down. Withdrawal symptoms from the poison meds embedded in my fat cells from 33 yrs of taking them pop into my world every few weeks, but they are becoming fewer and less severe. I think she consumes more fat than I do and thats what I need for the mental health. Working on it. You are a joy and have such a great joy about you Wanbui! Congrats on achieving your health! :)

Love how Wambui jumped into the carnivore diet after watching others testimonies, and reading similar comments to her issues. That's how to do it! So glad she has healed her depression, and fast too. I agree with Wambui, if we could only feed the depressed people on the streets burger patties, they would soon be alright. People have an attitude when I say "I eat meat and dairy only". When I say " I don't eat chemicals, preservatives, sugar, wheat, and oxalate foods" they accept the info better.

I would say: I eat local, sesonal and free range/organic. Sounds so vegan😂 but if you think what actually is sesonal, free range and local in UK, it only can be beef, lamb and eggs.

Thanks to carnivore am back playing soccer at 50 years old. No knee pain, no back pain am losing weight but am so muscular now. Back in the gym lifting that’s one of my passion. Let me tell you am playing alongside teenagers, college kids and people my age . The folks my age is no match for me.😂. I almost gave not playing soccer and working out because my body was so damaged for years. I think am still healing but wow, my wife can’t believe the transformation. Thanks to all of the keto and carnivore community. I started with Dr. berg and from there discovered everyone else

Went on a zoom call from an institutional mental health provider yesterday. Comments and questions were closed, they listed their services, for a sales call, they gave no indication of performance or results, they instruct you to register and then they’ll contact you if you are selected. I’m like WTF is this!? They take away your agency right away! It was service for autism children. Honestly such a scam, people so fake. Glad to be back with your channel and lovely guests Dave!

This is such a fun video. I love her. I wish she lived next door. I smiled the whole way thru it. I also am 75 and trying the carnivore diet. I hope I feel great also after a couple of months. I want it to work wonders so hope I get to feeling energized and can move better again. I have no real health issues other than being a little overweight and the last year I have been starting to have joint and back pain. I am too sedentary so more energy would be great. Wambui (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was a real inspiration. Thanks so much to you both.

My goodness! Wambui is really living proof of how good trying the Carnivore-Lifestyle can be, not only for your illnesses or to lose weight. She is amazingly beautiful, energetic and her laugh contagious 🤭 Our Grandmother use to live in Manhattan and we‘d visit every Summer and Winter school breaks from Florida. We‘d go to musicals and shopping, just was a whole different world back then in the 70s. I would love to see some of Wambui‘s career work as an actress, is there anything you‘re particularly proud of?? And btw, in my opinion, you sound perfectly normal, highly intelligent and it is a shame you were caught up in the „mental institutions“ most likely through no fault of your own. The toxins in the foods, drinks, even innoculations and definitely all pharma-drugs bombard our bodies from a very young age. It‘s really a miracle that we survive at all and look at this lovely & vital lady who just feeds her body what it needs . . . pure and unadulterated nourishment!! That is how resiliant God created us, everything in our world 💞 Thanks Dave for another highlight!!

Just happens my mum, her age, knitted me socks few days ago and that's the first of Wambui's videos appearing on her list. I've had many many issues that carnivore helped me with tremendously. I then had gastric flu in October 2024. Because of my previous health problems this has taken 3 months for me to feel better. Im having to do another stool sample as i had very very high inflammation markers. Like over 300. Still not sure what that's about? Went to my doctor's last week and i told her what i was doing re the carnivore diet. I was told to slowly reintroduce those foods that made me sick or i will become deficient. I told her that this is the best ive felt in 8 years and that nothing they did for me helped as all they kept giving me was antibiotics 😔 my gut was in s state. She said, you may feel well now but you will be back and will need pills for deficiencies eventually 😮. I told her im not going back to eating what made me sick and she guarantees i will be bk. I only went back to make sure this infection i caught had completely gone. And for a minute i doubted myself, then gave myself a good talking too Dave. I know this diet saved my life. I was contemplating doing some awful after 8 years of getting no where . I couldn't get out of bed. Now i ride a bike and im back to work. Thats all the evidence i need.👍
