The worst thing about waking up to all the BS they have been doing is seeing loved ones, family and friends, slowly getting poisoned. They visit their doctors more often than I go shopping. They get a long list of prescriptions for an even longer list of problems, mostly all avoidable with the right knowledge. They won't listen to anything because their doctor has told them crap. It's like banging your head against a wall

Bryan, so glad you're doing so well and STOPPED the statin! There's absolutely no reason for that drug to even be on the market. Our brains are about 40% cholesterol. We make cholesterol. People with high LDL live longer than people with lol LDL. Please watch Dr. Chaffee's video on cholesterol and the lies we've been told. Blessings on your journey. 🙏🏼

Carnivore for 3 months. Beef eggs some yogurt . I have been very strict with it. I've no weight issues no diabetes etc. Been constipated 4 times including today which was horrible. Back to meat n veg for me. I also have a bad virus which is affecting my lungs. Don't think this would have happened the way l ate before. I agree with alot of carnivore principles but it's not for me

Here in the US it takes weeks /months to see docs and/or get procedure’s/scans/tests done. Then it’s rinse and repeat if you have to get another appt. Weeks /months.

23:14 A sweet friend of ours who was dealing with dementia had a hip break. We believe her hip broke and that caused her fall. She had surgery to fix the hip. Never really woke up from the surgery and passed away within a few days. So sad. I remember visiting her and her husband at home and there were Oreos and other sweets just out for constant snacking.

Dave, this was 🔥! The way you broke down how 'scientific food' has trapped us in a cycle of sickness was spot on. It's crazy how the very system that’s supposed to keep us healthy is actually keeping us dependent. Real food = real freedom. Keep exposing the truth! 💪🔥 #FoodTruth #BreakFree

Love the idea of the Unholy Trinity! It’s crazy how just cutting out a few things can have such a huge impact on health. Totally agree-every diet has its pitfalls, and the bad ones always seem to revolve around the same stuff.

I have a confession. At the start of 2024 i did carnivore. I felt good mentally/emotionally/physically. And it scared me, so i fell back into the norm for many months. I was too drepressed for so long that i could only think that good(now)=punishment(later). In 2025 i need to do it long term and see what really happens.

1:50 Wait a minute The doctor suggested the Mediterranean diet? I thought doctors were not allowed to do that nothing other than the standard American diet? Then why can't they suggest the carnivore diet! What complete BS.

"Eating meat saved my life" Response "that is not a very planet friendly way to eat is it?" Its such a dark and nihilistic response that I can't help but laugh about it. As a fellow Norther European I understand the Nihilism can run deep with those Northerners.

Yeah man, everything you have said is spot on. However, one thing I think you deliberately omitted. The system you are talking about is called CAPITALISM. The people that are poisoning us are called CAPITALISTS also GLOBALISTS also ELITES also NEOCONS. All of them want population reduction. They have been bragging about this for decades. Do you get it?

You know, if a few of us formed wee little communities outside of town, of extended families, pals & other kindred spirits, a few of us could probably keep an eye on the cattle (& children - imagine that!), while the others took care of the Amazon shopping & the Zoom calls & the quantum AI & all that kinda stuff over the net. Betcha if we could satisfy the tax man & the landlords (if still necessary?), we'd like it better that way, & betcha our dogs - our oldest friends - would like it better that way too. o/

Just an opinion. In the past was also a natural selection, as brutal as it sounds. In eastern europe at least, 1930's, in my grandfather's family, they were 11 children...6 died from different childhood illnesses (no vaccine not to many medications in that period)..the 5 children that survived lived past 85-90...the strongest from the family. And most of the families had the same stories.

The death of children was from eating grain. I have 10 siblings who all lived past 70 with 7 still alive with me being one of the youngest and now 74 .We were raised on a farm/ranch and didn't have processed food, eating what we raised or grew. Only later in our lives did we eat anything from grocery stores.I was never into processed food or soda. Never could drink soda and I'm glad I noticed school friend were and they were overweight and spent a lot of time sick.

@paulcallicoat7597 i understand. The grains could've been the problem in that period. But soda and processed food practically didn't existed in that period in eastern europe. Everyone was pretty poor, lived on the country side so they were eating what they've got around the house: animals and vegetables that they were groing. But when you got a nasty cold and you're 5, and practically no doctors or any kind of medication, you can have a bad day...at least this is what my grandfather was telling us.

The "Randel Cycle"... knowledge from the 1960's.... told us NOT TO MIX High Carbs & High Fats AT THE SAME TIME....Insulin Resistance is "born here". Processed Food does this EVERY TIME....Ensuring Fat Storage and also very little Fat Burned (= Obesity). And results in HIGH INSULIN from High Blood Sugar leading to T2 Diabetes... then all the other Chronic Diseases we are now plagued with.

Great info thank you! I don’t mind that he promoted his book quite heavily, don’t throw the proverbial baby out with the bath water! I had to insist with my GP to get a fasting insulin test done bc my fasting BG and my A1c were both normal he didn’t see the point! Eventually he conceded and also admitted he had no idea how to interpret the results! He ended calling me with the results and he asked that I explained how it worked. My reading was 9, anything over 6 is already a problem with insulin resistance! Great GP i might add … thanks Dave, very interesting interview!

Most of us overcome poor health by what we take out of our diet. Not what we put in it. That's how I recovered. Unfortunately the problem now is that the animals we eat are being poisoned and our access to real edible food is being restricted. This is not a game they are playing. They mean to reduce our numbers one way or another. Don't give them an inch
