Ребята , такие порезы , на таких балконах я делал проще , толстая проставка как у вас , между камерой на пакрышку крепил саморезами шляпками из нутри , много саморезов в шахматном порядке , это менее затратно , по качеству , я был доволен.

@TS90 черная жидкость , это как думаю ,сырая резина смешанная с бензином ,проставка , латка , большего диаметра чем прорез , со сточенными краями под углом , что бы камеру не жевало. Проставка делается из толстой резины слоенной тканью.

Great skill and craftsmanship on full display in this man's work! In many aeeas of the world, this tire would have gone to the shredder to be ground for use in the making of mud flaps or other product, but thanks to this man's skill and effort, this tire is noe ready to go back into service, where I am sure it will get many more years of use.
