Thanks for this interesting bit of history. As a relative 'newby' immigrant I have visited and enjoyed Apollo Bay with its facilities but never knew the history. The history of the Great Ocean Road was a revelation. Fascinating and in true Aussie tradition. Get stuck in and made it work. My visits will now be more special because of this video. Thank you Charles. Hopefully our refurbs will start after summer 24/25. It was important to capture this before any new works start. First we have to negotiate a new lease etc etc. All the best mate. Regards Alan (newby also)
