A great time was had by all and the new parking place is established. Guy's yard will be back in no time. Thanks for sharing with us. Really enjoyed the time in the woods with everyone. Fred.

Always nice to be out in the woods with the guys! I haven’t been able to get out there yet, been tackling the honey-do list! Stone wall rebuild, then fixing the grass we tore up and other “issues” around the house!

This Pocket 3 seems pretty good so far my friend. I started using it now as my main camera, on both KZbin channels, to put it through it's paces. Have a great weekend out there!

If that bush hog has a flex link you could lower the tail wheel and extend the top link so it floats over uneven ground. I adjust mine to rest about 2 inches (5 cm) off the ground on the front skids and about 4 inches (10 cm) off the ground at the rear. And adjust the top link for as much float as possible in that configuration. Depends on the size, mine is 6 foot (just shy of 2 meters). If I need more float I will disconnect the top link and tie it away.

Winter MUST be officially over if Guy took his chains off! Great video and explanation of the process. Is that a 6’ Land Pride?

Same here in NE Texas Trees grow in abundance. we have to pull oak tree sprigs out of the garden every week where a oak is nearby and the nuts fall in the garden area and within a couple weeks you got a 4 inch oak tree growing.

Keep your eye on the prize. It probably seems like a lot of work in the heat. The end will be worth it! Just don't have to clean up the yard all the time alone.

Looks like a good plan GP. It's nice leaving the mess in the woods. I started doing that a few years ago. Have a good weekend.👍

I have always loved working in the woods. I remember working 16 hour shifts and on the weekends I would go out and work in the woods to get fire wood on my days off . My ex wife hated it because she thought the only reason I was working in the woods was to get away from her. How she knew I will never know. I set my job up so when hunting season started I had that month off on a deal that they would only call me if they really needed me and it was still my choice if I was willing to go in. Back then I would split wood in 2 feet of snow with shorts on boots and bare back.

What do you do with the stumps?
@GPOutdoors
@GPOutdoors 8 ай бұрын
Hey Thomas! Lots of good firewood in those stumps so we will eventually cut them down and take the firewood. We have been leaving them for now as Guy has a friend with an excavator and he is not sure if they will be bringing it in or not so if so, he wants the stumps left cause he said it gives them more leverage for removing the stumps from the ground. (?). So just waiting to see. It would be helpful for me to get around with the Kubota if we just cut them down to ground level now but stay tuned!

I am not sure what that is - if it is a mulcher for grass cutting then, I don't think so - but I will try to look at the Kubota site to see what it is. Cheers!

I couldn’t watch any video for 9 days all power was out internet everything. Just got it up today. This people just don’t know what they are doing anymore. It takes one good guy after 4 guys trying to fix . Why aren’t all the guys training to do what just one guy has the scale.
