1. Pneumatic Hammer is a free forging machine.
The compressed cylinder compresses the air and sends it to the working cylinder through the distributing valve, pushing the piston and the hammer head to move up and down to play the role of hammering. Flexible operation, widely used in the production of small and medium Forging !
2. Introduction
A type of free forging equipment, the compression cylinder compresses the air, through the distribution valve into the working cylinder, pushing the piston together with the hammer head for up and down movement to hammer. Flexible operation, the machine is suitable for a variety of free forging: such as extension, upsetting, punching, cutting, forging welding, torsion, bending, etc., using the pad die can be a variety of open die forging.
3. Peculiarity
With compressed air as the power to meet the needs of safe production, the percussion force and percussion frequency can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure
The use of fuselage material for cast iron, large tonnage air hammer anvil material for cast steel. The mechanism is simple and not easy to damage !
4. Structure
The air hammer is mainly composed of a frame, a transmission mechanism, a compression cylinder and a working cylinder, a compression piston, a falling part, a valve mechanism and an Annie !
5. Working Principle
The motor, through the decelerating mechanism and crank, the connecting rod drives the compression piston of the compression cylinder to move up and down to produce compressed air. When the upper and lower airways of the compression cylinder are connected with the atmosphere, the compressed air does not enter the working cylinder, the motor is idling, and the hammer head does not work. The upper and lower rotary valve is operated by the handle or foot rod, so that the compressed air enters the upper or lower part of the working cylinder, and pushes the working piston to move up and down, thus driving the rise or fall of the hammer head and the upper steel to complete various striking actions. There are four modes of communication between the rotary valve and the two cylinders, which can produce four actions: lifting hammer, continuous play, downward pressure and idling !
