Nice work Oli, must seem endless when you started that roof. People don't realise the effort needed to work an angle grinder continuously. Bet your arms were like Jelly after. Looks good my man 👍

Yo Andy, hope you’re well 👍 good to see you back on the refurb project. Yh, I don’t know how it is for you, with two boat builds on the go, but I’ve got shorten my sight, wear blinders so to speak, otherwise the whole thing is just too much to think about, just focus on the bit in front of you.... worked a treat on that giant roof 😉 and I got forearms of steel from 20 years of drumming 😀 it’s only looking back I’ve noticed how much wrist and forearm goes into that angle grinder. Like most things with the boat, I look back in the tasks fondly but physically panic at thought of doing it again lol. Good to see you mate

So satisfying to watch so must be amazing when it's your boat.

I think I might have found a suggestion for you dealing with foam cutting inside. Just a thought. look at Ryobi-R18PF-0-Cordless-Power or this type of tool. Maybe.
@olivellanarrowboat43192 жыл бұрын
Yh that’s cool, good find, not sure about it on the foam, as that would tear out In chunks I think, but that power sander could be very handy, thanks 👍
@Roller-Ball2 жыл бұрын
@@olivellanarrowboat4319 Maybe if you used like 60 or 80 grit sandpaper in wouldn't clog. I thought the small width would cut chases for you. But anything with power would speed it up.

@@Roller-Ball that’s a great idea about cutting chases in the Sprayfoam, it’s be brilliant for running conduit
