There's a new feature for companies to catch up with: quantum radio receivers. Some university or company created a receiver that can listen to any frequency between 0-999MHz, simultaneously. No scanning or polling, no multiple receivers for different bands; this is truly one receiver that can do all the frequencies, and can do them all at once

Dude ! That would make a great kids starter rig !!! The only thing missing, is an ethernet jack for group/net games ! It could be, just the spark that gets kids involved in radio/electronics ! The kids would be able to have a group net/frequency to talk on while playing some strategy games. Instead of just using vo/ip, adding some real-time authenticity to the game ! That would make those kids that had a license, Way Cool or Sik or Sick in contemporary speak !! Think of how many Gamers are out there........? Young and old !! And just think, about all of those WWII games & simulators out there ! You could be a radioman or op on a battleship or in the field, handling traffic or directing gunfire with all the realism that anyone could ask for !!! That's a lot of new ham's, to help us keep our bands & freq's !!! Thanks, for keeping the Ham Radio Spirit Alive !!

And for some reason now, I can't just use LSB or USB in unison to perform both TX & RX functions, so I have to switch back & forth between LSB or USB for TX and must use the "LDIG" for listening or RX ! Not seeing much about this online nor can one contact the developer or company behind this, I'd like to get to the bottom of this to be able to use LSB or USB for both TX and RX ! ANYONE have this same experience or can help me please ??? ( PS: liking your videos more and more brother ) I find it hard to believe I'm the only one having this issue, but right now feeling invisible because nobody commenting and the company I bought it from China on Ebay turned out to be bad with communicating later! I've looked into this radio for a little time now and it appears relatively well built. Reviews don't indicate any major design flaws aside. I paid $600 for my FT-450 a few years ago that has 100w output but not the nice display, for a relatively useful entry level HF rig this is a possibility. Coming from AliExpress it could be a knock off of a knock off of stolen intellectual property. I personally have never used AliExpress because of the bad reputation for extremely cheap flimsy crap but have received my share of that crap from Ebay and Amazon...
