Trade about 2 first round picks for Caruso, pay him 30 mil, and still end up looking for that unicorn player who can be the 3rd option that can give you 20 pts besides Joel and Max.. Plus, the Sixers have picks and I believe they can trade Paul Reed. In my post, there was two trades and the rest were free agents and we have plenty of cap space. Trade is with Atlanta and Chicago.

Honestly think that the 1st and 2nd with Paul Reed isnt enough they still wont trade him with that. I think if we could pick up a PG with money then we should go atleast 2 1st's on Alex Caruso and use the rest of our picks on other important players from other rebuilding teams. ex. the nets. What do you think is 2 picks for AC too much?

It's a risk considering he can walk after next year and he is already 30, but if the Bulls are firm on 2 firsts, I think I would do it. Just wouldn't offer that to start

@@76ersTV That's a good point. But does it matter if he stays another year? I look at it like if we are buying PG then we are going all in. (because why buy an old and good player who won't improve versus a young player who can improve) If we go all in and we get AC and he leaves next year it won't matter because this is probably the last year for the process era and then we will have to build around young talent with Maxey afterward... Just my thinking on it, I could be wrong though just started getting basketball last year.

No one is willing to give up multiple FRPs for Caruso otherwise he would have been traded already. Why in his walk year is he worth multiple picks now? Cmon people… use your brain. If the ask is a single FRP, #16 overall and you can’t get a better player with that pick okay maybe pull the trigger.

Yes. Two years in a row. Well...first year he won it? 1st Team. Last season? He was 2nd team only because the NBA changed the "position" criteria for All Defense. So....the 1st Team was top heavy with 4/5 winners being Centers. The 2nd team saw him with 4/5 other guards. He did win "Hustle Player Of The Year," though? What is that? A recognition created just several years ago that Marcus Smart won 3/6 times. Caruso won it last season. What does it indicate? The player who makes the biggest impact on winning on both sides of the ball though game to game stats and box score may not indicate it. Advanced analytics are used to determine who these high impact players are. Caruso won the award last season.

Caruso will actually be a free agent after next season. That's the reason I believe they would be smart in moving him instead of losing him for nothing. Could also drive down his value slightly if teams are scared he just walks. That's why they should've traded him at the deadline

Alex Caruso is great, but he is no Marcus Smart! Marcus Smart gives you everything Caruso does but better. I think we could get Smart with Jah coming back and the team going nowhere. Time for Memphis to rebuild and the Sixers to ''Get Smart''

We do not need Caruso ! What we need is a team, a well-balanced team. It is not hard to develop somebody, meaning a young person who hasn't reached their peak, develop them into something that meets or surpasses Alex Caruso Philadelphia fans should have enough of seeing their team sell its future, trying to force something that doesn't fit. James Harden, Ben Simmons , Tobias Harris ; the guys the Sixers threw away allthe draft picks for. And an extremely shy Markelle Fultz who couldn't make any ""eye contact ""and can't maintain if he tries to ,:or it was slight autism,: pressure bust weak pipes,; either way who didn't see that one coming... OH , it was the sixers front office.
