So helpful. Thank you. I’ve been struggling with Mould Illness and MCAS for 5 years. I’ve now basically rebuilt my house to make it mould free and ready to properly detox and heal

This is one of the BEST talks I’ve heard in a long time regarding this subject and it’s still not finished airing! I would like to know if and where both of you will be teaching or lecturing about this to healthcare professionals? MUCH, MUCH THANKS!

Dr., have you used carboxy on any of your patients? Would like to hear your thoughts on that binder specifically.

This is such a relief to be understood. This is so hard because none of the doctors understand what to do with me and finding someone who does things this way hasn’t been possible.

I desperately went to acupuncturist, pulmonologist, ND, endocrinologist, Herbalist, and even a infectious disease MD over months. Finally a friend who was an Allergist MD told me to peek under bathtub mat. Bingo. 100% recovery within 3 days !!!!!!!!!!!!

You have not mentioned mercury and heavy metal toxicity...I did all the protocols you mentioned and was still sick. I had saline breast implants and had them taken out but most people in there 40's and 50's were exposed to mercury fillings from having them or in vitro from Mum. Lead from paint, blinds, we grew up with all that in out environment. If people like me have mercury and heavy metals you cannot get better unless you chelate using DMPS, ALA and DMSA. I am using a protocol that chelates gently and over a long period of time to detox prevent overlaod. I really would appreciate if you would look into this. A great book is Amalgam Illness: Diagnosis & Treatment: What You Can Do to Get Better, How Your Doctor Can Help You by Dr Andrew Hall Cutler.

I have MCAS/HI and currently going through mold treatment (including taking liposomal glutathione). Beth mentions she almost never uses glutathione with this population, and, Jill, you say your body oxidized it. How can I tell if fall into that category, making glutathione is not a good choice for me? Signs to watch out for?
@JillCarnahanMD3 жыл бұрын
I never felt well taking glutathione and later confirmed that my genetics do not efficiently recycle glutathione

Interesting re binders - I became allergic to cholestyramine. At first I got the "detox flu" feeling for 2 weeks at 1/2 dose - it's very constipating, too! I went to full dose and got worse and worse until I was in full anaphylactic shock. My doctor did not do or recommend any of the detox prep / calming protocols, though. So maybe that was the problem!
Dealing with issues for many years and after an accident in Thailand, things cascaded down and none of the tricks I use in the past worked. One thing after another, pain from fractured collarbone and many other pains from the accident, then severe vertigo such that I couldn’t move then my stomach would literally blow up at around 2 AM Along with psychotic episodes through the night, I finally got back to the states and it was on and off and then just on, finally got tested and Ochratoxin was at about 57 and some other mold was high as well along with other things going on. No wonder K but my question is about prolotherapy and when to consider that. I know I got a pretty severe jolt to my shoulder and neck and hip. Not sure I am strong enough to go through that procedure but at the same time, I feel that it would be very beneficial. At what point in the process well I get this prolotherapy

I was exposed to mold and was diagnosed with MCAST and now have serious respiratory issues. First mold exposure affected my stomach this time my respiratory system. My doctor and I cannot figure out how to calm down the pulmonary aspect of this (clear x-rays and CT). Do you have any suggestions ?
