I presently use a titanium black seat post and a printed saddle on my 9 kilo 2019 Top Superlight Brompton, with mudguards. A JK hard rubber suspension, to make it as stiff as possible when riding.

9 kg Superlight Brompton is a pretty good weight, we use titanium seat post before and i dont have any complaints with it, that’s a good setup you got there Finn.

A carbon seatpost is slippery. How do you keep the seatpost clamped tightly without sliding down nor ruining the carbon?

If you are still using the original seat post then we experience the same problem even if we adjust the seat post clamp wouldn’t help, we are releasing soon our T line 781 project and in there we replaced it with the H&H carbon seat post and clamps.

@@781BromptonPremiumParts Heck, after you come out with the new build and video, could I hire you to build a second one? Also, with your T-Line build, will you keep the 16" tire size or increase it?

@@davidhunternyc1 yeah we can build yours but logistic wise would be a challenge as you might need to ship your bike to us and back or we can provide you all the parts you need and build it yourself. 16 is the sweet spot for Brompton, bigger than that then you will mess up folding it.

lol shame about that saddle bolt, it's not even a socket head 😅

Yeah but there’s a reason behind it, the bolt that comes under the saddle the rear bolt, how would you tighten it if its a socket head if your saddle is not curved? It comes with 1 socket head that can go in front as an option, but im sure they thought about it as well hehe
