Meghan, you are doing a beautiful job exposing Sadie to rich language. This is so important for their development. I am a teacher and it is so nice to see a parent who is being so intentional with this! Bravo!

You're such a good mama. Good job talking to your little one in a normal voice--you can tell it's making her an excellent little talker.

P.S. I am in the phase where my firstborn is driving his own car around, my second child is about to get his braces off, and my third child is starting to pull himself up from crawling. Such a mixture!!

pill tip: try putting the pill in your mouth before you take a sip of water. Also, if you sip too much water or inhale too much air when you're sipping, it can make it more difficult to swallow. Try taking a small sip first and then you can always drink more if you need it after you've swallowed the pill. 😊❤ Sadie is absolutely adorbs btw! You seem like a such a great mom!

I love how simple your morning routine is, Meghan. I also have a little one... He is just over two now. I get the bulk of my housework done in the mornings... I am a very tiny scale homesteader I guess you could say. But my son helps me with a lot of my tasks and I love including him in everything I do. But... I have learnt I need to keep things super manageable so I don't get stressed out and as a result, not enjoy my days at home. Like you, I am content with these mundane days and love how predictable they are right now. Thank you for sharing this peek into your life.

Trick for taking a pill: Pretend to "chew" it a bit (but don't), take a drink and swallow your "food". It is all just a mind trick. You swallow it every day, so you know you are capable of it. Just swallow it like it is a bit of food. :) Sadie is adorbs!

I have 2yr old twins and my mornings are just too much sometimes - not gonna lie. So we never go outside in the morning, because it's too much for me to handle both toddlers by myself that early in the day 😅 But I'm trying to embrace this phase of life and doing the best I can. Lovely to see your morning routine with Sadie! ❤

Loved this video! Sadie is getting so big and smart. Where did you get the big flash cards and how did you go about starting that? I have a little boy who does not sit still, but I feel something like this might help him start using more words ❤

This is what I learned recently: - Put a capsule on your tongue. - Take a sip of water but don't swallow. - Tilt your chin toward your chest. - Swallow the capsule and water while your head is bent. Hope it helps! Thanks for the video. Nice routine.👌🏻❤

I'm sure I'm not like most of your viewers. I'm 59 years old and live with my 33-year-old high-functioning autistic son. He takes care of his own personal needs, but his sleep schedule is all over the place, so it's hard to plan things like when meals will be. He thinks he may have a 25-hour circadian rhythm. I have ADHD and horrible PTSD. The cure is worse than the problem, as in I respond badly to psych meds. I've been looking for ways to short-circuit the panic and feelings of anxiety when they come up, which is how I found this channel.

LOVE this!! My daughter is 9 months old and I am currently pregnant with our son, he’s due in August. My phase of life is my daughter starting to crawl around while I work from home. It gets hectic and messy sometimes but I do my best to keep up and also take in the small beautiful moments of watching my little people grow and learn. 🫶🏼
