May have been a slight lighting or exposure shift, I wouldn’t pay attention to that in this review. I was more testing the lens characteristics and not lighting.

You mentioned something about APS-C lenses - what would happen if you used this on a full frame RF Canon camera for instance? You are filming with a Fuji however in this video correct?

Yes, these lenses cover Super 35, which is about APS-C size. So if you used it on a full frame sensor, you would simply have a huge vignette circle around the image. So I guess technically you can use them on a full frame sensor, you'd just have to crop into the center of the frame pretty heavily to remove the vignette. The RF mount version of this lens would fit on a full-frame EOS R camera, but it's really meant to be an RF-S lens (APS-C size sensor). Same is true with the Sony E mount version. I am filming with the Fuji X-H2s, which is APS-C size.

If you’re looking for character, you’re right, this lens ain’t it. But a sharp, compact, lightweight, budget-friendly cine lens? This checks all the boxes.
