Here's answering some of the FAQ! 1. Why block half the window with the fridge? A: We don't get much light from the window (it's kinda blocked by another building) so blocking half of it didn't make much of a difference + we have bright ceiling lights & another lamp on top of the fridge. It's not ideal but due to ergonomics of the space, it's the most practical spot. We previously had it in the middle, and it made the kitchen look smaller + was very annoying to access. We love where it is now! :D 2. Why not remove the door? A: Our dishwasher and washing machine are super EXTREMELY 😂 loud, the door is an extremely good sound blocker 😊 since we are working from home, it's very practical! Thanks for the love on this video! 💖

Where are all the stuff from old cabinets, where is the microwave? i'm just confused how you fit your stuff 😂 btw, you're really talented at covering stuff with paper 😄
@cloudyhills3 жыл бұрын
@@dcnidy Haha, you can see peeks of all my kitchen storage/org in other videos. They're all in the new cabinets we got from Ikea, organised efficiently so it takes up less space. Our microwave is also inside the tall cabinet! (we hardly use the microwave, and when we do, we leave the door open when microwaving so it doesn't get too hot in there)

I’m so delighted that YT recommended this channel! This is the first of your videos I’ve seen. I can’t wait to watch more, simply because it was so soothing! (Is there such a thing as decorating AMSR?) Thank you for all of the links and information, INCLUDING your playlist! I will be checking that out more. One question, if I may? I’m so intrigued by the black, suspended planter! Where did you get that?? It’s so unique and could go with many design styles. 👍🏼👏🏼 Thank you again for your post. I wish you and Pat the very best from the USA. May you be blessed as you continue your journey together.

@@LillianOglethorpe Aw hello Sarah, thank you for leaving such a long comment, I enjoyed reading it~ ^^ I got that planter from our local plant store, so I don't think you could get it online 😥 I've never been into ASMR except when it comes to decorating & DIYing, so i guess there is a thing as decorating asmr 🤣

This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact kzbin.infoUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.

Do keep in mind that the state of many German apartments is not very good. Many come without a kitchen and floors. Ours even comes without warm water in the kitchen (we needed to get a separate boiler for it). Many bathrooms have no window and no ventilation system. Many apartments develop mold. But maybe it's also typical for this area (Ruhrgebiet) and maybe I'm just spoiled coming from the Netherlands 😋

I live in Australia; I own my apartment and I also am not allowed to do half these things, without first getting the permission of the majority of others owners at a formal meeting of the owners. For that meeting they would ask me the trade license for the person doing the work, so it is not possible for me to DIY my own cabinets like this :(
@peetabrown58133 жыл бұрын
@@florencecousin5577 in Australia I am the owner, but would be unable to do many of the things in the video without all the other owners of the other apartments meeting and voting to agree (50% or 75% vote depending on what it is) The apartments are individually owned If I was a tenant, then I would need to seek permission for everything, painting, hang a picture etc
