a valid argument could be made for all of them, but I believe that it is not "A" because nurses/doctors/surgeons are allowed to have tattoos. she could be putting poison into the bag, but that is unlikely, as it simply looks normal. the real question is whether they are surgeons or not. if they are not surgeons, then specimen "B" has no reason to have blood on her uniform, and thus she kills patients. however, if they are surgeons, she should still be fired, because of several reasons. Reason one: she had blood on her uniform. while surgeons commonly deal with blood, she must still be extremely sloppy to get it all over her uniform. Reason two: she did not wash the scissors. once again, showing very sloppy work. she should immediately wash herself, and her tools once she is done with the surgery, but she refrains from doing so, even when checking supposedly important medical documents. Reason three: forgive me if I'm incorrect, but she is simply using the wrong tools. if she wanted to cut into flesh, she could've simply used a scalpel. this, in my opinion is the reason I think she kills patients. if she were a surgeon, she would have easy access to a scalpel, while she chose to use scissors. thus, she is not a surgeon, and thus, she kills.

I think the last comments one is A because, in my opinion, letter B can be a surgeon because she cannot just go around stabbing people or she would eventually get caught. If she's cutting them up from the inside then she'll eventually have to give up her licence. A also is not supposed to have tattoos nor jewelry , especially ones like she has. Also, for how sickly he looks; He would probably need blood substituted in absence of the normal blood flow.
