It's easy to play a minor pentatonic over the blues chord progression. If you can play these 7th arpeggios then you can easily outline each chords. Your solo can follow each chords. Can you play these 7th arpeggios without any hesitation?

Thanks for 'Eugene's trick bag'; I can play 7th Arpeggios stably around 125, or 140 at most, and I kept using alternate picking. It is fun to practice. Do not compare, do not expect to fast, and be kine to myself. Otherwise, I have been mad and crazy for a long time.

Those are typical blues bass line built around 7th arpeggios. Basically you should analyze each notes against each chords! Thank you!

Your tone sounds incredible with that Fender Musicmaster! The Guitar Wisdom course sounds right up my street, I will check it out. I have no doubts with you as the instructor that it will be beneficial to my journey and boost my progress. Those D’Addario XL elevens sound great, I was originally going to put those strings on my on my B-tuned guitar for metal, however, they will now be repurposed for my blues setup. I never considered adding a flat 7th, I’m still pretty new to thinking about notes while playing licks. I’ll admit I tend to gravitate to my bad habits and I rely on patterns too often instead of my ear. I’m looking forward to the music theory section of Guitar Wisdom so I can apply it to my playing. Thank you for posting this video!

Thank you so much! I have leaned so much about a great tone from those old guitars. Fender Musicmaster & Duo Sonic. They are so honest and so pure! All original ... the tone is amazing! Yes! I highly recommend to join my Guitar Wisdom. Full of my passion, my experiences from being a player, being a teacher for many years! You're very welcome!

Once upon a time none of the theory was explained to me, well I was very young and it was piano, but the sequence of pitches reminds me of a "five seven chord"... Decades on, I have been obedient to my teacher in terms of recognising it, but how and when to use it, and what for, still clueless 😂
