點解會有膊頭痛、肩胛骨痛、背痛呢?原來可以有不同的原因,最常見的就是原發性肩膊痛,即是問題出在於肩胛關節及背脊的問題。要有效地治療這個問題就要找出問題的原因。然後做合適的復康運動。如果做的時候又痛又不舒服就要停,不要勉強!

這是神經線病,應該神經線受壓出現這些問題。如果嚴重的話需要做神經傳導速度測試 nerve conduction test

這是因為肌肉過緊,其實為何會肌肉緊張?就是因為脊椎出現一些問題,所以肌肉要常常用力來支撐身體。不妨試吓鍛鍊核心肌肉,另外檢查吓腰椎有沒有問題。
