We went to Freightliner. Good Luck. Did you seriously think this was a real offer. We had our doubts for 8K. The pickup is over 100K. THERE IS NO 8K pickup truck. For 100K you have to consider what it will cost for maintenance and repairs, since you will be limited to the Freightliner Service Dept, and they will have you by the short hairs and you may have to drive a hundered miles or more to get to one. Not for me.

Maintenance, aside from warranty service, isn’t probably much of a problem. You can probably take it to any shop that works on Freightliner semis for service. I think they use the same chassis for other vehicles like ambulances and utility vehicles. And the engine is the same as on their other products. Service pricing is probably fairer than you find at many auto service shops since truck drivers aren’t willing to put up with much BS with their service needs.

I wish whoever that does these videos would show THIS vehicle and pictures of what they are talking about rather than just show the outside and ESPECIALLY other vehicles. I/WE are interested in the Freightliner Pioneer, NOT the Cascadia or anything else.
