8.5 inch Hurricane Prop for Thai Longtail Mud Motors by SPS Swamp Runner

Tested the Swamp Runner 8.5" hurricane prop for idle speed, max mph, max RPM's, ease of handling, and holeshot.
The Hurricane Propeller is made by Swamp Runner. Its a performance style prop. It has a higher pitch when compared to a standard prop. The one that is tested in this video is an 8.5" hurricane prop.
My engine was not running normal this day. It was not reaching the normal RPM's or speed. My baseline is always done with an 8.75" weedless prop from Swamp Runner. I normally govern out at 3860 and 19mph with the weedless prop. This day I was only reaching 3600 rpms and getting 17 mph. So I had more weight in the boat or my weight distribution was different.
With my experience in the video, this 8.5" hurricane prop gave me the speed that I would normally get with a 9" standard prop. It handled a lot better than the 9-inch standard prop for me because the 9" standard prop is over propped for my setup, good holeshot, and great speed.

My weight = 150lbs
Total weight = 633 pounds
