And a dead body at Marymont park “coincidentally” in a very close time proximity to this particular arrest. Local neighbors of the park knew the car involved at the park was dealing drugs. So how many dozens of families playing at the playground and basketball court at the park were endangered during all this??? Gandys answer is to plan a trip To Nagano Japan (with his +1)??? As usual Clearwater residents are told “nothing to see here” stop asking questions… no Public comment at meetings, no public oversight of the police dept. Gandy gonna jet off to Nagano Japan on taxpayer $$.

This is sad :( I feel bad for Clearwater police chief This detective was supposed to do his job!!! He was a union president which shows that he in the end was only concerned about helping himself. When I was a Teamster we had a periodical that was sent out every quarter or thereabouts, and the whole back of the magazine each time, was just filled with charges filed against union officials on all kinds of stuff (for transparency I guess.) Pages of them. Each issue. Lot's of corruption, bribes, extortion, cheating, embezzlement, harassment, you name it.
