I’ve noticed a decline in my sex drive in my mid 30s. I was prescribed 50mg of viagra 2 days per week for 20 days but since insurance doesn’t cover it I couldn’t afford it. Good content sir...I’m a 50 year old fitness professional and often see older male clients with high levels of visceral fat, even though they exercise once or twice weekly. They find the self discipline of abstaining from regular alcohol consumption and late night eating very challenging. As for the younger male generation (18-30 year olds) - they consume too much sugar, processed foods, alcohol and are often very afraid of any form of physical discomfort. I see them in their mid 20s with high levels of body fat & visceral fat, addicted to a soft lifestyle of child like food, education, artificial stimulation, too much girl like behaviour patterns of constant shopping for clothes...and equally damaging - the shocking amount of bad education at school, college and university. Teachers treating boys like girls and vice versa.

Where can we get good water from instead of the plastic bottles og?
@phillipj.moodie30773 жыл бұрын
@ jobless. I am in Australia but I can tell you that if the answer to your question is not from your kitchen tap then you need to put that question to both your State and Federal Government politicians. In the 1960's I studied to be a Chemical Engineer and worked in Process Water Control where I built up a larger customer base than the Water Treatment division of ICI when that English company was one of the World's largest Chemical Industry companies. The problem is not the quality of local water supplies, it is the failure of Local, State and Federal Government to spend the money required to treat the Water at its source. That is not a "Water problem, it is a Political problem". That has caused the pollution problems we have in Australia where all of the major Cities are on the coast and the sea water is becoming a dumping ground for plastic bottles that were used to hold drinking water. So buy a Water filter kit and fill up the empty bottles you already have. Most of them don't get recycled but we may soon have a law that places a cash deposit on every bottle to legally enforce recycling. Phil.
