I live very close to this new build and there are a few issues with it. It’s a modern build on a street that doesn’t have many modern designed homes. It’s on a busy street with an elementary school on it that gets very busy in the mornings and afternoons with pick up and drop offs. Parking is also not the greatest for guests if your having a large gathering.

I have lived on the same street as a school for at least 40yrs and it wasn't a problem at all as a matter of fact I went there as a child and so did my children and now one of my grandsons. So I guess it depends on your lifestyle.

When I visited this home, street parking was widely available. Luckily for the builder, the product is so unique that the new homeowners are more than pleased to deal with a few inconveniences of having a one-of-a-kind home. Thanks for your feedback about the area.

I know the people who built this house. One of the people is a contractor and handyman. He told me they built it, believing it would sell easily and for a high price. But as he also mentioned, the obvious reason it's not selling is because of the houses around it

I think the home took longer to sell because it's not a craftsman which is currently the popular style of new build in McLean. Going against the grain comes with a risk. Bro man great channel, I’m breaking into this realstate trade and I’m probably going to do great and make a lot of money because I’m gifted at this stuff, new construction and/or home renovations, loved this stuff since I brought my second property it was a total rehab, just wanted to say great job, great presentation maybe show the best parts of the house first next time, me and my wife was about to turn to the next property but then it got better, also bro you missed a lot of great details on the materials they used in the kitchen like what were the cabinets and the island were made of, over all you did great 👍 we’re in the market for something very similar to this modern contemporary home, but we are looking to move south of Maryland, a bit far for my commute but wifey does work from home so Fairfax is not bad, much continued success to you brother inshallah 🤲🏽

For folks who are familiar with this part of N. Virginia... We know that properties in McLean (& neighboring Arlington) are frequently wayyy overpriced! Both the tax assessments & property tax rates are inflated. Additionally, there's no way (in hell) that I'm going to buy a $1+Million property when the neighbors are less than 20-30 yds away.

I think you did a pretty good job, but I am assuming that the price is over $1.5M+, given the area the homes don't appear to be worth that, also, for the price, I expect to see hardwood floors. That floor has to be either laminate OR vinyl flooring. Floating vanities are between $250-$500 through Amazon. Also, the bathrooms all have fiberglass surround. That is not tile. For the stove, I need a Wolf which starts off at $20K+, and at this price point I don't want to see anything less. Why doesn't the master have an actual fireplace? You are in VA, where you are guaranteed to get snow every year and the electricity go out and there is only one real fireplace and that's downstairs. The tub in the master is fiberglass which is ALSO fiberglass. How much hard plastic are you going to have in this house??😂😂 You don't even have jets OR an overhead in the master shower. You also don't have two water closets. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I would be very curious to know how much this house appraise for and the tax assessment.

It’s very distracting to hear you mentioning every feature. “Here’s the refrigerator” as you open the refrigerator, or “here’s the closet” it’s not necessary. People want to imagine themselves in the property but it’s impossible with you talking throughout. If you think it’s nice or not isnt really something a potential buyer considers in their decision. Counting the steps was a nice touch. Great shots, but it would be better without the distraction of you talking throughout the entire video.
