Each try I run out of tie too quickly at the skinny-end but yours remains the same lenght. What magic is this.
@platinumsky8452 жыл бұрын
precision and tightness, the knot should be tightened and aligned such that it's pretty "solid" when you're done. takes practice, took me two tries to get the edredge knot right without running out but now I can tie it pretty good with just a regular length tie, just need practice lining up the layers to look really nice.

First, thanks so much for the video. The knots are like small puzzles that one can publicly display. I get lots of comments. I will see people staring at the knot and most eventually make a positive comment. This isn't easy. I've tried every knot and each one takes practice to perfect. I've had to enlarge the screen and slow the speed. I also bought a practice tie like the tie in the video. This works best with solid colors but some patterns will work. Small stripes can be an issue with some knots. For most of the knots, even though I am very good achieving the final look, I still need to watch the video each time. I also recommend a cheap, handheld clothes steamer to unwrinkle the ties after each wear. The ties will be very twisted and wrinkled after wearing them. Pull the tie taught while steaming (I use a clamp to hold one end on my shower rod). If you wear bifocals, this is even more of a challenge.

Since I manage to do all knots, yeah!!! Anyway, I think your video is good, but I can suggest some tips you and other video makers for neck tie knotting out there to try to include. 1. Not all knot will work neatly and or best for all tie thickness. Better state if the knot is best or suitable for thin tie, thick tie, or both. 2. Some tie has varied length, perhaps state best possible length a certain knot. Well... Some people may just need to adopt and find the best position to make the knot work. 3. Perhaps, show some knotting result for both thin or thick ties so people can visualize how they may look like at the end. As well as try to include some tips at the end of the video if ever the tail of the tie end up too short or too long and what they can do to resolve it. In all, your video is easy to follow, with some pauses on my side here and there.
