These are some some of my favorite drills to do when I am at the gym with some down time. Rather than just sitting around I can improve on some basic skills.
Some of the drills take practice but once you are able to do them you will notice a big change in your movements when rolling.
I started doing these solo BJJ drills when I was 15. I am a strong believer that they really do help your game out a lot!
When I first started doing some of these drills like going inverted I would get frustrated. But after taking time and really dedicating myself to learn the technique I noticed a big jump in my game.
My most successful Triangle set ups www.chewjitsu.net/chad-

Chad - I'm a 47yr. old white belt with very limited flexibility. I really enjoyed these 8 warm-ups. I'll take all the helpful suggestions I can get. I "liked" it and am now subscribed! Thanks so much. 😆

how do you not burn your foot sliding it on the mat like that? I hate takedowns because i always feel awkward dragging knees and feet on the floor and having the top of my feet dragging. Any tips?

Do you apply vaseline etc to your feet to keep from getting mat-burn? I find that I get scrapes/burns etc when rolling

I've been thinking of taping my toes just to prevent burns. I don't want to get vaseline on the map and make somebody slip
