Week one finished yesterday. Started day 1 of week 2 today, already shattered with your Muay Thai training, but I must say I have noticed improvement in the areas trained. I felt a lot smoother in my movements, not as jolty and shifty as I was last week, so I'm definitely more balanced already. And Vince's grappling workout had me virtually legless for the rest of the week. Top stuff. Thank you two very much.

I did that jiu-jitsu portion of this exercise, and was like "Easy, I got this.". Then the wrestling portion started, and I was like "Wait wooot? This is torture!". Huge newfound respect to wrestlers going through these sort of exercises every day. Real championship material. Thanks for sharing your insights.

It takes a lot of will power to maintain that wrestling stance at the end of each set. Feel like crying every time :) It's only the fact that I know I can physically do it and it's more of a mental challenge that I get through but still a long 30 seconds!

@ortegadavid65924 жыл бұрын
If you put in the hard work in training and kept your diet on check then you should naturally be confident knowing that you have done your very best to showcase your skills and perform. However, if you did not do everything accordingly then you will lack the confidence.
@mohamadjalloul85764 жыл бұрын
Hell Hound First thing u do is stay relaxed, take three deep breaths, and clear ur mind. If ur opponent talks shit, let him and put on the “I will break you” face for intimidation. When the fight starts dont rush in, stay calm and see how ur opponent moves and be ready to block or slip any incoming punches. The rest is on you and how much experience u have fighting. Edit: Also, Stop Beating your meat since itll decrease that testosterone that u will need to be confindent!
@Standbyme084 жыл бұрын
@@ortegadavid6592 but if you do all that then lose will you lose confidence in yourself
@ortegadavid65924 жыл бұрын
@@Standbyme08 - Of course man, no one likes to lose. It will surely kill your confidence even for a moment but understand this.. Think ahead. Think ahead of how you will feel if you lose, the disappointment, the sorrow, the pain, the loss. So think ahead, now if you win imagine how it will boost your confidence, your motivation, your reward. Even then, when you lose you still win if you learn from it.
