#8 Breeding Analytics Pipeline: Calculating Selection Indices

In this video we show how to calculate a selection index using the results from one or more multi-trial analyses. We discuss the base and desire index approaches and how to express the weights in these methods. We also show how to interpret the results of a selection index and use it for selection decisions.
