Thank you! I love mixing the pieces I have in my wardrobe. And because of my work (i travel a lot), I often have to preplan all my looks to make sure I don't freeze with decision paralysis

First of all, you should never have a moment where there is "nothing to wear". Every Sunday, for as long as I worked, I set up my entire wardrobe for the week. The top, the pants, and the jacket for a single day were always hung together. I never had to think about what I was doing. I just pulled out the clothes for the day and threw them on. When I came home, the jacket got hung up. If it was a nicer blouse, I either hung it up, if it was still wearable, or put it in the laundry. If there was a severe weather change, such as rain or snow, I had a section in the closet for pullovers. I can't remember a single time in 30 years that I had nothing to wear.

You shouldn't yet it happens all the time. When you think about it what you are describing is in a way what I'm suggesting - have go to trusted combinations that you know work
