For real. I grew up in a rural region and now live in a small city not so far away. But not only were the women in my home rural region a lot better in all ways (friendlier, prettier, fitter), they were also a lot less picky. Pretty much every girl I ever asked for a dance accepted. It really comes down to the genes and the self care. Sun damage/over exposure can especially make your skin age faster if you are caucasian.

Skin and hair are more important. You can see the wrinkles were the reason they said he looked old. Your best bet is using tretinoin (maybe a weaker retinoid can work too) and having a good skin care routine around it. Maybe a facelift. The hair is brutal, but salvageable. Balding will instantly be a deal breaker for the vast majority of women (95%+). Many men start balding in their early 20s and that marks the end of their dating life essentially (at least actual good LTR relationships with genuine attraction from women). Dutasteride and oral minoxidil are king. Hair transplant if in early stages and stabilized with the drugs. Hair system or wig if it's too late. That said, better grooming will make you look younger too. With this, most men will peak at most around 25 due to balding and wrinkles. If you have one of these two failos it's over for you. You peaked already and it will only go downhill. It might not be the end of the world though, but you will still never even hold a candle to your younger self (unless you were looksminned by being fat or some other stupid reason).

Are you sure that the average man finds college girls the most desirable? I, as a 30 year old working class man, wouldn't look to date a college girl to be honest. the mad thing is, although this is just a single university campus, the student girls would have come from nearby cities, some even internationally tso this the findings from this survey is accurately representative of girls across the cuntry. You should repeat this survey in other universities like Cov or Wolves, see if they're equally as clapped, possibly more since they not in the russel groups hehe.

i do agree with the "your only as attractive as your worst feature" thing, but I think the old thing is really a bit of an unfair one to base the claim off of because without having a ton of money I feel most people wouldn't want to date someone double their age even if they were conventionally attractive. A more fair thing would be like a specifically bad facial feature or something. Cuz even as a guy I wouldn't want to date a women twice my age even if she was like a 9/10

I disagree with #4. They might have the same standards as attractive women deep down but I believe they often settle because reality slaps then in the face. I consistently find it easier to meet up and score with not so attractive women on dating apps as opposed to more attractive women who send me low effort replies and never respond when I ask for the number.
