I recently found out utube had channels like this for sleep n meditation. My son is 8 n is on the autism spectrum and also has adhd and suffers horrible insomnia becuz of it n these videos have really been helping. Nothing hurts like being a mom n knowing what ur child needs but not being able to help becuz nothing worked.. until now thanks again. May life bless u beyond ur wildest imagination
