Its a shame the Demo that it was completely broken on the Demo disk that was shipped out along with HarleQuest and Tunnels. I couldnt play it at all.

The absolute worst controls i've ever experienced. I played the christmas version because it was the only one I could find. complete garbage and I couldn't even hit the ball once. I thought it was inverted at first, but nope its just broken and had me rolling against the wall. I broke my disc it was so awful. Disappointed.

True labour of love - seeing this indie devs supporting a great console from 1999 with fresh titles in 2023 it's just admirable. The indie scene is rising and soon becoming the cure for the all the big triple A disappointing releases. Great content Gemma!!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘

My Dad was one of the first ones to get a Dreamcast, and we LOVED it! So many hours playing sports games with him and so many hours with Soulcalibur, Sonic, Toy Commander, and more. And just like that, they stopped making them..

I just wish RetroBit would get it in gear and get that USB Dreamcast controller to market already! Being able to play these games on PC with the actual Dreamcast controller would really help open more people's eyes to it.

love the Dreamcast and the work of Wave Studio and Bitmap Bureau to bring us the games. Two of my favourite Indie Dreamcast games that I adore is Gunlord (Turrican clone) and Sturmwind (Horizontal shooter). I have bought these now on PC and Switch as well... but the graphics look off to me, with the Dreamcast and NeoGeo being the best places to still play them.

The 13 Best indie games on Dreamcast in my opinion are: • Pier Solar • Xenocider • Sturmwind • Arcade Racing Legends • GunLord • Volgarr The Viking • Textorcist • FX Unit Yuki • Andro Dunos 2 • Intrepid Izzy • Wind & Water Puzzle Battles • GhostBlade • Xeno Crisis There are other games i really like but those are the best recommendations to someone who wants to get into the indie Dreamcast scene.

A lot of these Indie Dreamcast games look and feel like Sega Genesis Games. Maybe Sega Saturn. Not that I'm complaining. It's kind of like when the Gameboy Advance came out, which was supposed to be as powerful as a ps1, and a lot of the first launch games were NES ports. I'm impressed either way.

As you said, it resembles Bomberman which is a true classic. I'll have to check that out. Great video as always

I’d love to try the challenge as a flea. 😉 Xenocrysis is a fabulous title but getting hold of a physical copy for most consoles… that ship has sailed, unless they’ve reprinted some- in that case I’d love a physical copy for PS4 or Switch (dual sticks work best). Hi Gemma. I liked the game Intrepid Izzy, which I tried out at the OLL '23 convention. Really good game. The other game that I like the look of is XenoCrisis, but haven't tried it yet. The flea game looks really hard on that last stage where you kept on dying. OMG! Great video once again! 👊
