I could remember several years ago, I suffered severe anxiety and mental disorder after losing my job. Started my journey on alcohol and cigarettes. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Thank you for sharing this point!

I loved how they put the dsmp characters and details into the video! Also, i've been dealing with anxiety almost my whole life long even when i didnt know what it was back then in my childhood. I sometimes cant get my habits which i usually do out of anxiety because they became routine. When i get anxiety attacks i used to shake my knee very often and moving my body parts like hands and feet to calm myself down. Now it became kind of a habit, i dont do it always but even even when i'm just a little bit overwhelmed with situations i do that. My friends and family think i'm weird but thats just uncontrollable at some point for me and i often forget i even do that

As a person with anxiety, my diagnosis makes so much sense now! I was diagnosed when I was 15, and I always wondered how sooner than that did I have symptoms. But I remember having so many signs, some of the ones in this video, when I was as young as 6! I used to lose all my jewelry because I would take it off to play with it, I never could pay attention in class because of my constant daydreaming, I was a horrible test taker because I could never concentrate on the test or on anything much really. When I was 13, I shot at the wrong hoop at a basketball game because I was daydreaming when our coach told us the way we were going lol. Thanks Psych2Go!

Wow your on point about later signs like lack of sleep, forgetfulness, talk too much, too little, daydream. I started the habit of daydream since I was 10 like I have a bad habit of that because of how paranoid I was at my strict parents being a ticking time bomb and ever since then it affected my life on schools careers and socially in general.

@@day_dreamer473 Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath and mind [brain] are closely related causing stress-anxiety. For a better life sit on a chair, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. Change happens from within by itself. Day or night, when taking a walk, sitting in a park, when reading, before sleep etc sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

I’m not diagnosed with anxiety, but I’m very sure I have it. Whenever I was doing a test in school, I would fidget with my pencil or click and unclick a pen, and I’m always on social media, so I’m sure I have it. I’m sure I also have social anxiety too, saying that I don’t talk to anyone in school and think people will judge me. I’m a very unsocial person, and can’t focus on anything at once. Sometimes when I’m in class I stare out the window looking at the trees or birds outside. My friends have to shake me to get me to focus.

@@zamas8141 Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice.

The signs of anxiety: 0:59 hair twirling: this is to channel out excess energy subconsciously 1:39 picking at your skin: same reason as above 2:17 daydreaming: you desire an escape from reality 3:13 fidgeting or fiddling with an object: again, excess energy 3:59 too little or too much sleep: worrying -> insomnia -> anxiety -> worrying ∞ 4:51 being on social media too much: again, escape from reality 5:17 talking too much/little: awkward silences can do this 5:56 forgetfulness and lack of concentration: your worries have overwritten most information in your brain Edit: 5/8, though I'm silent because I'm introverted, frequently daydreaming because I'm easily bored, forgetful because I've many plans to think about, using reddit because of anime, and getting little sleep because of work. Not every sign is a flag for anxiety.

This one happens to me very often and I’m told to do a simple task then turn around and realize that I have no clue what that person said. All of my problems in my head just get in the way and I struggle listening to others .Thank you so much for the video. I feel like I learned something from this video about myself ☺️

I love your videos a lot and they help me understand what’s happening and this video helps me know how my anxiety is but I have really bad anxiety so it’s hard to focus a lot because of my anxiety and my teacher doesn’t let me do stuff to calm me down since I have anxiety sometimes everyday . I’ve always had it ever since I was born but it’s getting worse and worse since I’m getting it from a lot of stuff happening in life for me . Also thank you for helping understand a lot of stuff that I needed to know .
