nickma71 right on bro ! You’re also boosting your testosterone by eating healthier which in turns leans you out . A lot of the excess estrogen is caused by sugar and carbs and stress . That’s something that is harder to control than nutrition and exercise.

I really needed this. Thank you Thomas for helping change my life - 300 lbs to 235 so far. My testosterone at the endocrinologist is always at the ceiling of normal for a young guy - I was told excess testosterone can actually change into estrogen at my levels. Also, I was also just fat, and losing fat has helped. I've had a feeling of shame about this since middle school - I'm 31 now. I’ve always had chest fat ever since I was a kid. I tried so hard to get rid of it. I figured it’d go away when I started playing football in junior high and high school but it didn’t. I had tried everything. For years I did workouts like weight lifting, body building, P90X, and CrossFit. I did diet plans from beach body, Keto, Paleo, and intermittent fasting. I even did a lot of what Thomas has said in this video. Finally when I went to an endocrinologist he told me surgery was my only option. I’m the small percentage of men that will never get rid of chest fat unless I have surgery. So as a last ditch effort I had liposuction to get the fat and glands removed from my chest. The change has been amazing. My testosterone has boosted, my energy has increased. My body looks great and I’m reaching more PRs in the gym. I’m still going to continue to stay with my diet and all the advice in this video. I never want that fat to come back.

Check out Athlean-X if you want a great mentor in that field. Thomas is legit but he's more health focused on his channel, he has workout videos, but it seems they aren't his main focus. Jeff at Athlean-X is great. Whenever people talk about wieght gain the first thing people point out is belly fat but for me I don’t really mind having a bit of belly fat, belly fat is there really been the issue to me but the biggest and most embarrassing thing is having Chest fat, its one of the worse things ever because having a bit of belly fat with chest fat doesn’t make you look good at all, but unfortunately as they say you cannot spot reduce a certain part of your body…I have been doing chest training for a teo years its got into a decent shape but one thing that hasnt gone is chest fat i lose wieght before but i still have it, so I am gonna just switch my diet up a bit and eat more vegetables 🥗

Gonna give it a try. I started at 270 in March (at 6' 3"). I'm down to 223, but the chest fat is hanging on worst of all. I'm aiming for 200 lbs and am hoping that these tips during the final weight loss will minimize it. Right now its embarrassing as hell - especially with lap swimming (which is my exercise of choice).

Thanks so much mate. Im a 50 year old and have a problem with man boobs. I take a testosterone boosting supplement which has helped. It includes DIM , Boron and Vit D as well as other stuff. But now i will add spirilina and magnesium too. Ive heard that for Pseudo G its really important to lower carbs. Honestly this problem has really affected my confidence. Ananth Arunasalam Had the same problem. Had gyno and pseudo gyno since I was a teen. I have always been an athlete, but always had low test and high estrogen (shown with blood tests). No matter how low my overall body fat got through diet and exercise my chest fat was too high. It actually looked worse with lower body fat because the glands didn’t reduce in size with fat loss. I ended up getting the gyno surgically removed last year. Expensive, but great decision. For the first time in my life I’m not embarrassed to take my shirt off.

I hear you...I'm in the same boat. 98 pounds down with exercise, IF and keto. My titties are resilient however. They are much smaller and I've developed a good amount of muscle underneath, but a good amount of fat us still present, particularly on the sides of my body at chest height. I've been on the vit D train and taking/eating turmeric. I already eat cruciferous veggies but I'll eat some more. I've not been able to Remove my shirt since I was a kid. It's a dream of mine. I'd consider surgery too if These measures don't do it. God Bless

You do realize you aren't 5 days keto. It takes 3 days to get back into ketosis.

@@ineedhoez That depends on how you achieve the ketosis. I personally utilize 24 hr fasting which helps to shorten the time to ketosis (maybe an intense exercise if you are workout buff?) But you are right it will take 2-3 days time for most people.

@ThomasDelauer please answer! Not sure where to put this question, but my keto has got me confused as heck. I did a 3 day fast and full body workouts and was measuring 5.6 in ketones. Then going back full keto I was struggling to even stay in keto! Like .4 to .6 on keto mojo. So I took your advice for the hormones and did 2 days of high quality carbs and then went back into keto. However, the morning after carbs, I was already registering 0.9??!! How am I put into more keto state after 2 days of carbs?

I found out by taking 8 pills of magnesium a day along with moringa powder or 4 pills of moringa a day I'm losing weight and increased muscle gains without working out . Your absolutely correct and your awesome. Blessings and more Blessings To you Thomas and your Family

Fruit contains fructose that goes straight to the liver (unlike glucose which goes to other cells/body parts), and fructose quickly converts to more body fat.

Crisply streamed is as far as you want to go. Raw is best but slightly steamed is ok. He has mentioned in the past to pre-digest/ ferment them. The are different ways to do that, but think things like Kimchi, that is supposed top be the best option per Thomas.

I have gyno so 🤷🏻♂️ I’m fucked. I’m 185, 6’1, I have a 6 pack, I have been training for a few years, ya I know what I’m doing for the most part (I’m about to take my pt certification exam, my dads a trainer as well), and I still have it. Unfortunately, I have to get surgery.
