Good afternoon Lou, Lol, what an intresting and pretty walk! 9th biggest resivour, wow! Intresting to learn about the bombing tower too 💥 💣 Alot of mud and goo around atm, Kat and I did a little local walk this morning, just for fresh air and to strech the legs, super....nowhere near as pretty as your walk tho ⛵ ❤ How cool was the crafted house and TV, a wooden fire place is up there with a chocolate teapot lol 🍫 🫖 Great to learn about the Dams construction and control too, coll beans! Another fab video, thanks for taking us with you, catch you soon, Ceri and Kat ☕ ❤ 🗺 🧭 😀

Hello Ceri and Kat, glad you enjoyed this one. It was like a nature reserve but on a much more wider scale. Yea the bombing tower history is really fascinating, we didn't know there was one there! Very well signposted with plenty of information boards. Hope you enjoyed your walk this morning, can't beat a stroll first thing to wake up the mind and body. Just about to watch your new video now 😉😊👍

Hi again ladies, I worked in the aqueduct during the construction of the reservoir. Nice to see you enjoyed your walk, shame it had to rain, but good choice for walking. C.

Hi Chris. Bet that was an experience working there. Yes the weather has been awful lately but not long till the lovely springtime, a perfect season for walking. Thanks for watching 👍

This was a lovely walk. Super interesting place. Yes, everything has been so muddy, but thankfully spring is now here, and paths are drying up nicely now - looking like it should be a great weekend. Thanks for sharing your walking experience 🙂👍 Cheers Paul

Hi Paul, yes this definitely was an interesting placed. Loved the bombing tower, didn't even know there was one there. Probably will go back when it's warmer and brighter, it's not too far from some of the other places we visit in Derbyshire. Thanks for watching 👍

Hello Taff, nice to hear from you 😊 Yes, the weather's not been great at all and today it's just rained constantly. Looking forward to when it picks up so can visit more places. Hope you're keeping well our friend 👍

Hi ya, I really like the look of this week, fairly flat too. Possible meet-up walk for the future? It looked very wet and windy out there, well done for braving the elements. I can’t wait for the warmer weather & longer day light hours. See you next Saturday xx

Yes, the good weather can't come soon enough. Wouldn't rule this out as a group walk if we get enough interest, or just a walk for us three if you fancy it? Looking forward to seeing you soon 😊👍

Hi Lou and Lol, I enjoyed this very much! 😀 Nice to see you walking around Carsington. It's only a few miles from me, yet I've only ever walked around part of it, not all of it. Hope you lit a nice fire Lol in that empty little house! 🤣 Glad you liked Carsington and that you managed to complete your walk before the heavy rain. All the best and enjoy the rest of your weekend 👍

Hello Patrick. Glad you enjoyed the video. If you get chance we would recommend doing the full walk as you get to see a bit of everything. That little house was a welcome sight in all that rain, a shame the fire didn't work 😂😂. Thanks for watching. PS by the way we sometimes do group walks from time to time, you're welcome to join us if you wish.

Great video as always a lovely walk around carsy, we've yet to do the full route, not seen those little wooden houses something to add to our list for when the weather's better 👍 you can hire out canoes/kayaks there as well 👍 Theia is so adorable ☺️🥰

Hey guys! If you go again we would definitely recommend the full route as you get a bit of everything. Yea I think they do water sports and kayak hire. Blimey, think we'd go overboard 😂😂 Hope to see you in the next walk, thanks for watching x
