Yes. I have been using my Prusa Mk3 for 7 years now and it's a great printer but every once in a while you are doing a project and just need something bigger. My main wants for the new printer were to find something that was faster and larger, and easy to enclose if I end up wanting to experiment with exotic filaments. The SV08 fit the bill. Klipper is also a plus because I wanted to get some experience with it, just to see what the hype was all about.

Looking at getting one. Do you print in PETG or anything other than PLA?

I'm just two days into playing with the new printer so I haven't done much. Mostly PLA so far because that was the sample spool that came with it. I do most of my printing with PETG so I'm switching to that now. I have an articulated dragon printing in PETG right now and it is looking pretty good. Not sure yet if the joints will stick or move freely. I'll keep you posted. In my experience PETG isn't really any harder to print with than PLA. It's just different. The SV08 is about twice as fast as my 7 year old Prusa Mk 3, and much larger build volume. Nice thing is that it's very easy to enclose, so you can start to experiment with high temp materials too. Sovol supplies presets for ABS, PLA, PETG and TPU in their Orca Slicer configuration.

PETG articulated dragon printed well. All the joints were either free or came free easily. Print quality is good. There are a few pretty extreme overhangs with some drooping loops of filament, but overall, I'm satisfied.

I printed some decorative column trim pieces for my local temple in PETG and they turned out great after I messed with the settings. The included profile was too fast for the old Overture PETG I have and it was under extruding really badly. Needed to slow the print down and bump up the temp then it was good to go. Have some TPU laying around but I had some trouble going between TPU and PLA/PETG on my enders without swapping nozzles so I'm hesitant to try it since nozzle changes are more of a pain on the stock SV08.
