You can SS him from guild shop but you usually want to prioritize the hypertune materials. Would it be recommended to have him be the one to use in warzone on fire days if you basically don't have a fire team? Since you said he has short time off field it seems like it wouldn't be much of an issue. I know the common thing too is to just use Ice team, or even physical as it will yield similar results.

Fire team isn't really relevant compared to other elemental or physical teams. Roland himself can't carry fire by himself. Fire team needs liv amp next patch.

Thanks for the guide! As you said, he definitely seems more complicated to use than in actuality, reminds me of No.21 For WZ and PPC, how does he compare to post-buff S+ Palefire with 5* wep? Assuming S Liv + S Nanamech as the other team members. I'm thinking of getting Roland to SSS w/ 6* wep cause he's fun to play but i'm unsure if it's worth the BC since Lee is already close to S+ for me.

Unfortunately Liv and nanamech will be so strong that the 3rd member will probably be davinci bot, in this case probably lee. Using roland would mean liv or nanamech would have to hold 4 davinci.

Either. Due to 100% rateup on debut patches, its generally recommended to pull copies for the debut unit on said patch. With transcendants they dont go away but you run the risk of losing the 80/20 and potentially getting a transcendant you dont need to rank up or arent aiming for. Tldr: base + 5 copies from gacha and the 30 shards from guild shop gives you SSS

Pale fire buff will compete with him since roland is dependent on the player mastery being the complex character that he is. Both overshadows karenina ember. You will use him as part of fire team when construct become playable with transcendent

At this point in the game, nier isnt viable much. A2 is almost useless even at SSS considering physical teams dont get powerboosted until much later into the games lifespam so other teams will dominate physical content

Buffed Rosetta and liv luminance impactful to the point where 2b can leave nier and actually function as a physical dps option. Granted she has signature weapon and at least ss rank

Pale fire is close in power to sss roland when he gets his buff so just get roland for collection and ss him with guild currency. Karenina is weaker than both
