Now they have a help from Tencent if I'm not mistaken. However, that doesn't mean that their upcoming game will be bad because of that. Tencent so far hasn't interfered in WW's development process.

Mtashed forgot to mention something and that's that Kuro is giving out a free S rank selector in PGR during this update in one of the events. It's a mission completion event. Complete missions, reach a certain amount of missions completed to earn rewards. The missions are very simple and anyone can do them and they require almost no time at all. And the S rank selector goes up to Selena Capriccio.

friendly reminder(for pc, mouse and keyboard): if you go to a mission, and press Y, it will change the camera mode, which means you will have similar controls as what u have in WuWa or genshin (basically left click will be atk, moving the mouse will move the camera automatically). U only need to do this once

Alpha CW is definitely one of my favourites. Since she has so many moves, not only can she be on the field all the time (which definitely helps with getting used to playing her) but there are different ways you can go around her gameplay if you wanted to, if you are more casual or try-hard like me lol. Kuro really cooked with his one and the hype for her is justified.

Glad to see Mtashed covering PGR and it will be great to see this Kuro partnership play out. I just discovered the game recently and started on Ayla's patch. The character design of PGR and combat totally sold me. There is so much to do in this game, that I'm still learning. I was able to save up for Crimson Weave, so I'm building her now. I didn't know the skins have unique effects. I'll likely try to get Stigmata's, even though I don't have her yet, I have a Liv Luminance and Rigor waiting for her.

I hope they can manage to make WW's combat feel as good as PGR's, I know they had to go through a lot of trial and error with PGR at the beginning, and with all the redesigns and adding colors to the world I hope they don't need too many changes before it releases.

I've played CBT 1 and 2 and I can tell you it feels just fine. Hit sound FX are a way too weak right now, PGR's are god-like and it is something that's an easy fix. Characters are a bit simplistic at the moment, but that's to be expected for the launch roster of a new game. Can't have the new players trying to decipher the monstrosities known as gen2/3 core passives and the 10 different mechanics going on at the same time right from the get go. You can also say the same for bosses, even with the hologram diffs, but even still, compare those bosses with things from PGR launch like Camu/Nozzle/Roseblade and tbh, I'm not too worried. The only thing lacking in WuWa combat wise IMO is boss identity, I feel like the bosses aren't that memorable currently and could do with adding some more flair to their design and maybe even small cut scenes/side-stories for the bosses to explain just how feared they are/how badass you are for being able to down them. Even if the game launched in the state it is right now (with a functional English localization at minimum, hopefully), I feel it would be fine and half a year down the road I think we would be eating real good. I don't think it would be a good idea, however, as I feel like there isn't enough casual content currently and macro progression feels off. My progression issues have mostly to do with resource gain rates, but that can be alleviated using events and handouts, like PGR does with their event currency shops, so we will have to wait and see I suppose and give good feedback.

I acquired 50 characters but barely played with a third of them. I’ve invested so much time playing a game that wasn’t trying to cater to my desires and expectations. The game stop being fun and started to become a chore. Once I broke out of that addictive FOMO and I stop caring about grinding primogems or pulling for characters it was only then that I realized how pointless most of the characters are and how important my time was.

You get a bunch of gatcha currency (Black cards) from events and doing the story. The patch is also 44 days long and only started today, so yes you should be able to get her by the end of her banner.
