You don't need to use 3 orb on other characters. Every character does a 3 ping when switched in so that's why you only need a Red orb from him afterwards.

Thanks for your video! Your guides are fantastic! One thing I was curious about since I read similar things elsewhere too but don't fully understand: How does not starting on a certain construct give them extra orbs? Whenever I swap to a construct for the first time it seems like they always have just the 4 starting orbs. What mechanic is causing off-field characters to gain extra orbs?

You generate orbs as long as your attacking and using abilities on your other units. Then when you finally swap in you should have nearly a full row of orb to more easily do 3 orb combos etc.

I think this is only relevant to endgame builds once your construct reaches lvl 80, because then you can unlock the special skill from the awakening menu (where you get the free alternate skins from). If I understand correctly, the skill makes it so that every time the character swaps in they gain 3 orbs.

Hey, thanks for the guide, but been very confused about something - memory positioning. Why is Baron supposed to be in the bottom row? For example if you were to use Cottie, she gives more attack after being maxed out (even if just 1 point more), so why is there a need for it to be specifically at the bottom? Just wondering how that is decided so I can know how to build my future constructs.

Yes for cottie you might want her bottom row since watanabe cares a little less about the crit decrease. But he still does do some physical damage along with dark so its not useless. Darwin is always on the top usually and that's the preferred build for watanabe. But yeah end of the day its up to you, if you value slight damage over loss in hp. Hopefully that makes sense lol.

Huh... I didn't know Astral had the stats of an S Rank character. Not sure if it's been patched since this video released, but it's really nice to know he's more worth investing into than most other A Rank Attacker Constructs... at least until I manage to get Luna. I'll probably build him, Vera, and No. 21 up more once I finish upgrading other characters for other Elements I need for Pain Cage and Warzone. I've got Camu built, so I can use him for Dark copium in the meantime.

Yes except 21 is like almost 2 years away lol. In the meantime any 3rd unit will be fine.

I have 2 Questions: 1. While he is having the core passive bar under his screen, which is the best way to deal damage, spam auto attacks or spam orbs? 2. About his core passive, 3 random orbs + 1 red orb or 3 random orbs + 3 red orbs - which deal more damage or they are just the same? Thank you!

1. Spam autos for the bar duration. 2. I set it in the pinned comment, but you only need to swap in and red orb. Both ways of activation are the same.

Good job bro. You can also choose 2 adolf cuz for this character you need to use your ulti very often. You’ll gain 20% more energy when consuming orbs. Your ulti takes 20% less energy to active.(Don’t use your ulti when the core passive is not activated) Sry about my eng.

I nerver undestood the "this memory set should be used on top/bottom row". Isn't the same thing for everything? Also, is it a min/max thing or a crucial thing to keep in mind?

Short answer: Its a min max thing Long Answer: Certain memory sets have high or lower stats like attack/crit/hp/def so if u have the choice, you can pick the memory with the higher desired stat. An example is Frederick, it has a much higher base attack than most memory sets so it should be prioritized on the bottom row while memories like Darwin have lower than average attack so it should be top row.

Luna is crazy compared to astral but unless you plan to not play pgr for like a year just invest in watanabe. Still do well in dark warzone with my astral and 6 star in tw.

tbh for all A ranks (even S ranks) stopping at SSS is the easiest for anyone, especially f2p unless youre super dedicated to a certain construct or a tryhard for SSS+. and considering dark watanabe will be dark team dps until luna arrives 6 months later, investing him will do you good until SSS lol. kamui will need him because kamui cant just be a dps alone considering his horrible enemy spread

He’s basically a free S rank character so I recommend building him. Luna does powercreep him but He’s still really good choice if you don’t like Luna’s gameplay.

@@chainjail4834 Bingo! That’s right, Luna is an attack type like Dark Watanabe so she takes over his role but If you don’t care about meta use whoever you like. Typically you want a healer, attacker and a tank but if you don’t get hit often I guess you could switch out the healer for Astral lol.

Pretty worth, Luna replaces but nearly in a year so i wouldn't worry bout her atm. Dark camu is a compositor not a structure tho so u cant use him with the regular structures.

I don't think you use can Camu with normal constructs, as Camu can only work with its fellow compositers like Qu, Selena and Roland. And they can only be used in Tower of Babel, etc. which buff them with +80% atk boost and if you use them in normal stage they will get a -9% Atk reduction. And Luna is probably coming like half a year or so, so Watanabe Astral is well worth to be build.

I read A dark Watanabe is supposed to be S rank... B4 Chinese went rage coz of alpha S and after her coz they didn't have extra card afta alpha so S dark Watanabe become A+ dark Watanabe coz he still his S rank stats in A rank afta Chinese went rage... Correct me if I wrong..
