If you want to know Tom's story, he did an interview a few years ago on the 'Dopey Podcast'. It's the most in depth interview I've seen him do. He really is the rags to riches story. Him and Nova are awesome. They had a band called GFBF and made some dope ass music together. Then Tom blew up with 'Dear Rappers' and sadly the band was put on hold. To quote Tom they "did what they to do to pay the bills". HOWEVER, they just dropped a new song called "We ain't Cowboys" and they are starting to make music again as GFBF. Ask any fan, they will tell you, we've been asking for that forever.

Here’s some of what I know that Tom has done with his money. His first check from Tunecore off of “dear rappers” was 10 grand and he use that to invest in new equipment and got a better place to live. Then I know that he bought his sisters wedding gown a few years later, which was 10 grand. Then he paid off his parents mortgage so his mom and dad could retire. He bought all new appliances for their house and sent his mom a LV purse loaded with 100,000 to boot! Tom also got his dad a boat and paid for his dad to go sailing the ocean. He also paid for his dad to visit Nepal. I also know that on two different occasions he had a big sale for “ALL” funding to go to veterans charities!! Over 330k combined!) He also added his sister Jenna Emily (hence the “Emily” tat above his eyebrow) to join his production and quit her job as a nurse in Canada cause it was keeping her depressed and upset so she gotta work visa and moved to the states! More recently, he bought his dad a new Porsche this past Christmas and got his sister one for her birthday!! Who else does that?!?

Flashpan recall of Tom: Edmonton, Canada Professional wrestler Construction worker Oil rigger Flipped cars Went to Douglas business school to focus on music production, but dropped out. As an alcoholic sent a cryptic message to his mom that he was going to off himself. She had Brandon break in kidnap him, put him on a plane back to her place. For 9 months he contemplated su ic ide. Then he snapped out of it. Went to go rescue Nova with her alcoholism and depression. Tom relapsed in order to rescue Nova. He moved to Crenshaw, and then moved in with her when she got evicted, and they created a rock-n-roll band called GFBF while living in South Central. As Tom was frustrated at the industry for making music that created people into druggies he sat on the porch because the electricity was shut off due to insufficient funds. They had an extension chord going to the neighbors garage to keep their fridge on. As Tom sat with his last half cigarette, and $10 to his name he wrote "Dear Rappers". He knew he had a hit, asked Nova to shoot the video, she told him that he didn't even have a beat yet. He made the beat, he was recording it on a computer with a cracked screen, and Nova shot the video. Afterwards he called Brandon Hart (best friend and fellow rapper), his sister Jenna MacDonald, and 3 others for $1100 money to put it towards marketing it on Facebook. He was right it went viral, but he started getting backlash from that track, and another track called 'Helluvit' where Tom pointed out the type of music that was coming out. But they suspected Tom was racist. Tom fired back with 'Whiteboy'. Then all the haters came out. Finally Tom came back with 'This House'. That changed the trajectory of Tom's music. Ever since then Tom has not stopped climbing. Tom does the construction for the sets. Nova shoots, directs, produces, and edits the videos. They have recently onboarded Jenna, and her husband for set design. Also Jenna has shot "Chrome" and her husband does Arial footage with the drone. From time to time Nova will still shoot videos for other artists, and commercials. But she is often busy with Tom as they are designing and screen printing their merchandise in the backroom of where their friend prints the CD's. Tom now produces the beat for Nova's music, as well as his own. However even though Tom knows how to mix and master he has Evan do it for him just for time, and efficiency.

Actually, the line referring to the 11 inches was in regard to a sheet of paper which is 8 x 11” in size. In other words, Tom was saying that he will make you choke on his lyrics. Toms isn’t vulgar
