I always used to make my bed as soon as I wake up ..and keep the phone away last for 30mins..nd drink a one glass of water ..but I didn't do the things expect these now I will follow up all the things thnxx for this video🤭

Nice positive tips 👏 But I giving awareness to people. I requesting u people please Don't use plastic water bottles for drinking purpose. Try to use copper bottle, atleast early in the morning. Drinking liter of warm water early in the morning, it's goods to health. Thank u 😊
