1. Dont press the snooze button 2. Avoid mobile till 10 mins 3. Arrange your bed 4. Go for sunlight 5. Go for stretching/exercise 6. Have a litre of water 7. Have a positive thougth 8. Filter your thought

I always used to make my bed as soon as I wake up ..and keep the phone away last for 30mins..nd drink a one glass of water ..but I didn't do the things expect these now I will follow up all the things thnxx for this video🤭

hum tho anlom vilom aur kapalbhati yoga karte hai.. aur kabhi bhi phone apne pass nahi rakhate especially sleeping time and one important thing always drink lukewarm water in early morning instead of drinking normal water.

Nice positive tips 👏 But I giving awareness to people. I requesting u people please Don't use plastic water bottles for drinking purpose. Try to use copper bottle, atleast early in the morning. Drinking liter of warm water early in the morning, it's goods to health. Thank u 😊
