It's safe to say that both Brittany and James WILL receive "incarceration justice". They equally deserve whatever the inmates do to complicate both of their lives.. Shame on Brittany and James!!

I wish more people would realize how much the drink causes so many issues in a relationship, especially when you have kids. I was lucky, my parents put parenting first and gave up their so called fun times and raised us kids. They were never really drinkers, thank God. Prayers to the little ones who have to live with parents who refuse to grow up or get help. IMO 🎉

Yes, I strongly feel that Timothy and Tracy did make very serious, traumatizing decisions, to "The Boy" . The response to the court, in which "The Boy" read his letter, for all to hear, was very articulate & painful to hear. If I could read lips, I would state that the father, "Timothy" actually cursed under his breath. Timothy could barely contain his anger & showed ZERO remorse for his actions towards "The Boy". However, at the same time, I do hope that both parents experience "incarceration justice ⚖️"!! Not only the jail time, but also the no contact order for all of the children, until they're 18 & consenting adults. I hope that both parents take this time to reflect on their own mental illnesses in how they raised their children.

I had a child with ODD. I never locked him up or treated him the way the Ferriter's did. However, the boy was very manipulative when he testified. He also sounded like he either looked things up online or was coached to say what he did. I don't think the parents should go to jail. They should have been helped with the boy by social services. They needed parenting ideas that would help them. Dealing with a child with ODD is quite difficult. The only reason I knew what to do is because of my degree and because I had a good psychiatrist for him to go to.
@aritter66
@aritter66 4 ай бұрын
If you are a parent how can you not think they deserved jail time for locking that boy in a tiny room? I'll agree the boys testimony didn't sound natural and lots of teenagers can be manipulative and lie ("the way you know is when their mouths move" - judge Judy) but anyone that is not sick themselves would know confining and depriving one child especially when other children in the same house are receiving better treatment is cruel and unusual. The father got off easy with 5 years. The onus was on the parents to do better.

2:18:35 if Daniel and other police officers would ACTUALLY record EVERY interaction maybe he would be free. I believe the reason some of the women changed their testimonies is because they're not stupid-they know they're not just up against one cop, they're up against a whole force. That & he deliberately chose women who were on drugs etc. they would have a very hard time remembering what happened. Talk about an abuse of power!

neither of Tiffany's two half-brother "kings" had a father in their lives.,...obviously they were both "kings" too.🙄,...Tiffany had very poor taste in men.,...there are SO many little "kings" out there with no fathers.,...it must be a thang with those kangs to be rolling stones.🤔

If you Google Daniel Holtzclaw's case, about his innocence, you'll find that the prosecution WAS withholding evidence. There's a lot of scientific evidence that proves he wasn't guilty and there's a group working to free him. I was doubtful until I read about it... It was fascinating, sad and compelling.

I kind of wondered about this case many times. I know there's a lot of people who say innocent.

@@noonespecial619 I GENUINELY felt the same way! There was, however, so much more to the case than was in this video... things like recanted testimony, testimony that was basically given to the witnesses. Evidence that should have been there if the story was true, but wasn't. By the time I learned more, I wasn't convinced of his guilt anymore. I can't say either way... There's just to much conflicting evidence. It's definitely interesting.

You guys need to look up and learn the meaning of the word alleged. Nothing alleged about it if it was proven to have happened. Good vid otherwise.

One day people are going to realize all of the things that they've done in this life will come before God and he will judge them according to what they have done it is so sad that such a beautiful child a very beautiful child had to lose the life that God had Grace him with in the name of Jesus

It's confusing. He says jenna became a grandmother at 35 when her 16 yr old got pregnant. I think the ages are all messed up. I believe her daughter was actually 16 when Jenna was 35 so she would have been 19 when she gave birth to her. I don't know exactly how much older she actually was than him.
