Honestly, I wanted to like the video when I realised that I already liked the video within the first few minutes of watching. in that first dish: you need to mention if it is dark or light soy sauce please. They are very different. Its good toward the end you actually showed the kikkoman bottle but make your viewers life easier-especially for those non-cooks amongst us😂
